It is now over 3 weeks since I contacted the company to tell them the 'water jet' doesn't work. I received an 'automated' e-mail the day after I contacted them, saying a live rep would contact me "in two or three days". I still haven't had that response from a 'live representative. Maybe they don't have LIVE people working there? All I can get from them is the same e-mail. I have thrown 3 catalogs from this company in the re-cycling bin since I will not do business with a company that will not contact customers with a complaint. GOOD-BYE, WHATEVER (doesn't) WORK!
We ordered the "Water Jet Sprayer". It will not allow water to pass through, even tho there is strong pressure in the hose! We were also charged for P&H, altho the catalog stated "FREE SHIPPING'. This company takes advantage of customers, and we will not order from them again!

I have called 3 times in 6 months to be taken off their catalog mailing list, including sister company Cuddledown. It hasn't in 6 months. Very annoying!
They charge there customers a $14.95 fee for a so call VIP Club that they don't order. After 2 calls I haven't received a refund. Don't do business with this co.
They sell you a product which turns out to be out of stock. Just try to find out where it is or when it will be shipped. There was no notice that it was not in stock. Do not buy from this company!
I ordered a product earlier today and discovered on the confirmation that the customer service person had put down the wrong shipping address, despite the fact that I asked her to correct it while placing my order. I called customer service within an hour to correct the address and was told that couldn't be done because the order had already been sent to shipping. I told her that was ridiculous. She said that if I don't receive the product and it is returned to them, I will get a credit on my Visa card. I asked what would happen if the recipient at the wrong address kept the unit and she didn't have an answer, except that I should call Visa. She recommended I order a 2nd unit so that it would be shipped to the correct address. I asked her if she thought I was crazy! I called in two more times to talk with other customer service representatives and was told by the last one that my order had been cancelled. I checked my Visa account online and the charge showed up as "Pending" and was told I'd have to wait until the final settlement was done before I could contest it. Really annoying and deserves 1 Star rating or less! BTW, yes, the innocuous "garden" catalogue has dildos for sale near the back of it. Don't let you kids open it!
This is not a company you want to do business with. I ordered among other things a yard aerator. Well, three fourths of my order came with part sticking through the outer shipping box. The aerator was in a torn up box inside the cardboard box, scraped up and parts missing. It was poking holes in its box and packed with it were four plastic bottles of other things I had ordered. When I called to complain that I had received a torn-up item, the aerator, they promised to send a replacement and said not to send the other back. Then I checked later and I had been charged for another aerator. Beyond anger, I called and cancelled ALL the order and will be shipping the crap they sent back and demanding my money be refunded! DON'T EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SO_CALLED BUSINESS.
I bought the changing color POLKA DOT TEA KETTLE a little over a year ago. Today the handle fell off as I was pouring boiling hot water for tea. I am very grateful that I wasn't burned nor our glass cooktop broken as the kettle just dropped, leaving me holding the handle. This item's weld that holds the bracket for the handle is very weak. DO NOT PURCHASEIT IS UNSAFE.
I placed an order on May 18,2020. The items were listed as "in stock". I tried to cancel the order after a month went by. The items were larger planters intended for a summer vegetable garden and cost over five hundred dollars. I sent an response to a backorder status email I received as directed. I requested that my order be cancelled. After a few weeks with the status still showing as backordered rather than cancelled I called customer service and cancelled the order. I was told that my order would be coming directly from the manufacturer so if the order had already been processed they could not cancel it. I was ok with that. I thought I would either get the items soon or the order would be cancelled. After another month goes by I get a backordered stratus email again. I called customer service again and was told the same thing again that the order was being sent from the manufacturer etc. Here we are almost a week later and order is still showing as backordered. They obviously don't have the planters but refuse to cancel the order! If they ship the planters I plan on returning them. I have told them this! I don't know what else to do! They have terrible customer customer service! How hard can it be to cancel a order for items they obviously don't have? Stay away and order from someone else!

You are given the shipping options of STANDARD, RUSH, 2ND DAY, OVERNIGHT. Standard specifically says "3-5 Business Days". Rush doesn't have a timeline but then next is 2nd Day. This would then be expected to be somewhere between 3-5 business days and 2nd day for delivery.
I paid for RUSH. My items arrive 7 days later (longer than what they advertise if I hadn't paid any extra). When I complained and asked for a refund of the RUSH shipping fee I was told "The rush shipping you added to your order might speed up delivery by a day or two, this is not a guaranted service. We apologize for any inconvenience. ThankYou, Customer Service". So I responded again, detailing the different options on their page. The next response was "The rush shipping gets the order out of the warehouse within 24 hours of placing the order. The order was placed on 1/24 and shipped on 1/24. Customer Service". This even contradicts the first email. I have complained again and asked for a refund for the third time now. Waiting to see what happens.
