We have found Wedding Wire to be an extremely effective marketing and oversight mechanism. Kim Knodt, Nicole Calken and every team member that I've dealt with have been professional, courteous and knowledgable. The booking and lead tracking software that they offer is slick dependable and has become a vital part of of of our business process. No matter what side of the wedding business your on, customer or vendor, Wedding Wire should be the first online destination.
Wedding Wire was great to work with! I submitted a review of my wedding venue, which was disputed by the venue. Wedding Wire went through a thorough process to ensure that my review was legitimate. I worked with Emma * in the dispute process - she was kind, professional and quick to respond. Wedding Wire is doing a great job of allowing users to post honest feedback for future engaged couples!

Alysse was very responsive and kind. She helped me forward my domain name correctly. I was under pressure to figure it out because I already sent out my save the dates. She assisted me on how to fix it within that same day. Thanks again!
Wedding wire support team was very helpful in removing a review from someone who wasn't even a client, I really appreciate their swift attention to my request
Planning a wedding involves so many little details, and WeddingWire made it very easy to save our ideas and read real reviews from couples. We were happy to find our venue, makeup artist, and JP all in one spot. We had a perfect wedding, and WeddingWire was a big help in finding the people who did the job right!
I was so panicked that I thought I could not change the name of my business on my wedding wire account. Not only did they respond almost immediately, they fixed the problem within minutes! Thank you so much for being so awesome. (Shout out to Keaton and Alysse!)
Allows people to post false reviews about businesses - Do not put your business on this website - its not legitimate
Kim my supporter is always there when I needed help. I join Wedding Wire on July 15 2016 and today is October 2016. I have 4 weddings booked already. Wedding Wire, we are going to be marry for a long time.
I LOVED how easy everything was on Weddingwire! I am not sure I would have remembered every detail without it! If you are getting married, you should do yourself a favor and sign up today!
When I started my Officiant practice I promoted my business through several online sites. I have always carefully monitored my marketing results. WeddingWire.com has been the primary source for my client base, and continued success. 90% of my marketing budget now goes to WeddingWire.com. There is no need for all the rest. The education and tools offered by the marketing team at WeddingWire.com is priceless. I've learned so much about the internet, marketing and developed great relationships with other professionals through WeddingWire.com.
I am so disappointed in WeddingWire. As a small business I put my full confidence, faith and trust in WeddingWires online customer management tools. For years it was a business relationship made in heaven but then something changed over there at WeddingWire. WW decided to discontinue the customer management tools that I had come to use for years. All of my clients information was solely within their tools. Then overnight they discontinued that service which left me and all of my clients out in the cold. What made it worse was that they still charged me the same. When I contacted the customer rep, Allison Mayes customer service rep for WW, and voiced my displeasure and how it hurt my business AND how I didn't want to continue paying the same amount of money if what I was using WeddingWire for is now discontinued. Allison responded insensitively with "I obligated to fulfill my monetary agreement AND that WW reserves the right to make any changes to their tools when they see fit". Are you kidding me? I pay for tools on their site and they take them away and still charge me? Something doesn't seem right about that.
Well I had made the decision that I was not going to pay WW and sent a letter telling them that AND why. THEN all of a sudden I get four or five inquiries for my company where as I was getting hardly any over the years. I started thinking of reconsidering my decision if I will actually be getting inquiries as a result of WW. I had already halted the automatic payments at this point. After receiving the inquiries, I manually sent a payment to WeddingWire. Well come to find out, the inquiries were bogus AND WW sent me an email saying that I owe them. I then sent the invoice of my payment to them showing that not only did I pay but I paid before it was due. Then their rep emailed me claiming they don't have a payment AND that my service would be interrupted if I didn't pay them. I sent the invoice again along with other documentation indicating that they accept my payment and when. Days later I get another email saying that I owe them.
I am so irritated and done with WW! At this point I can't log into my account. I have not gotten any calls from anyone over there. No one attempted dispute resolution. I have reached out for resolution but nothing from them. They took my money AND said they didn't receive it and shut me out of my account. Now I'm looking at legal options because weddingWire should not be allowed to do that to small businesses!
Emma was wonderful! She was kind about letting me know about the dispute and very aware of how I felt about communication between the vendor and myself. I'm thankful to have had the communication with someone who understood where I was coming from. :)
Great place to find all your vendors and more! Even had to correspond with someone from wedding wire directly and they were very friendly and professional. 5 stars for wedding wire :)
After working with Wedding Wire to promote my small business for more than 5 years I have to say it's the best bang for your buck and the best place to find real leads because the leads come to you! My rep Allison is there for me at every turn and always has great suggestions but doesn't always ask for more money! It's the best place for my advertising dollars and also the best place for my clients to find the best in services!
Wedding Wire refused to print a negative review I posted because the vendor disputed the review. Despite submitting proof of a contract that services were performed and multiple emails showing communication between the vendor and myself. Wedding Wire ruled in favor of the vendor. Doing research I discovered that Wedding Wire gives preferential treatment to vendors who pay to have their websites displayed. Valuable lesson learned here -- don't rely on website reviews to make important wedding decisions.
Hi Tina,
Thank you for your message.
WeddingWire has very strict rules when it comes to our review policies. As long as a reviewer can prove he/she conducted business with the vendor (through signed contract or proof of payment), then the review can remain on WeddingWire.
I just spoke with our Dispute Team and the reason that your review was removed is because you were the mother of the groom for this wedding. At this time, we do not allow guests to post reviews. Had you paid for the vendor's services, your review would be allowed. Or if the bride/groom wanted to post the review, that would also be allowed.
If you have any further questions, please feel free to contact us directly at support@weddingwire.com.

I advertised with Wedding Wire for years. When they were a start-up company, they sold themselves as ADVERTISERS. They helped Wedding Professionals get their names out there.
Then it changed. They now are even listed in the business world as a TECH COMPANY! They focus on providing web-based business tools.
Any long-standing business already has these tools in place, and does not need them. We told the execs at WW, and they simply ignored us. We begged to have the tools and the advertising costs divorced. They ignored us. Instead, they continued to increase our advertising rates to pay for the development of these tools, and the ROI we received in return was NIL.
IN FACT, in order to inflate their statistics to us, they put easy lead options in for couples, and we received an inflated number of leads, none of which resulted in bookings.
WW is now listed and defined on business pages as a Tech Company, who subsequently provides advertising. This is bait and switch in a long-term way.
I have in fact, cancelled my advertising with them, and will invest my money elsewhere.
Thank you for your comments.
WeddingWire has always been a technology company, since our first office in our CEO's home. We provide both advertising options and business management tools to our vendors.
I am sorry to hear that you were not happy with your WeddingWire experience. If you would like to provide us specific feedback regarding your account, since we do not have your name or business name, please email support@weddingwire.com.

I love their wedding gowns. Oh my God I just saw my dream wedding. I have to get that dress come what may. Stella best vendor
We recently had a bride gives us a terrible review that was completely inaccurate. Yes, the Bride had a contract with us, however she didn't pay her musician and other vendors and yet our company showed up and delivered her florals and attempted to coordinate her wedding anyway without the money. She was furious that a vendor would have the audacity to either not show up or want payment when they did and as we were the wedding coordinators she blamed it on us. We told her she had to pay her bills or there was going to be problems. She said we were sisters - we are NOT! Related - and that her flowers had thorns - since when do Hydrangeas have thorns - and that we made a scene in the reception area. We weren't allowed in her reception area because she was so angry and her usher "fired us" right after the ceremony- for which she had no music as she didn't pay the musician. We objected to Wedding Wire about our bad review, and they said it didn't matter if she didn't pay, she had a contract with us and had the right to review us and say whatever she wanted. We got scammed by this bride and yet we have to keep the review. This is not good business for anyone and Wedding Wire does not support the vendors. No wedding wire membership for us.
Hi Martha,
Thanks for your comments.
It seems like most of this review has to do with your client. WeddingWire is not a dispute resolution service and we do not get involved in disagreements between vendor and client.
As long as a review can prove that he/she was a legitimate client of a vendor (by providing either a signed contract or proof of payment), the review will remain on WeddingWire. Our policy is extremely black and white and is in place to protect both couples AND vendors.
As a vendor on WeddingWire, you are able to post this response, that you just provided regarding on the situation, on the review that was written on your Storefront. This way, future couples can see what actually occurred and why you were provided with the rating that you were.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us directly at support@weddingwire.com!

Hi Brittany,
Thank you for your comments. WeddingWire has a very strict review policy, where only those individuals that have conducted business with a vendor are able to post a review. We require a proof of payment or signed contract in order to verify all reviews.
Having said this, as long as the reviewer was a legitimate client, they are able to post a review on WeddingWire, regardless of the content being positive, negative, or neutral.
We would be happy to look further into this review for you if you can email us directly at support@weddingwire.com.
