As a new customer, I placed an order with Absolut Elyx for the first time on May 9. I used a $15 off referral code that Absolut sent me. I also placed a second order for which I paid full price. Absolut offered me 40% off if I placed a third order so I did. Several days later, Absolut cancelled all 3 orders, almost $200 in total, without explanation. After several attempts to reach customer service, they sent an email accusing me of faking the referral they sent me. I sent them copies of their referral as well as the name of the customer who referred me. I'm still waiting for a response. They lost a $200 sale plus a donation to Water for People all over a lousy $15.

WeddingWire has very strict rules when it comes to our review policies. As long as a reviewer can prove he/she conducted business with the vendor (through signed contract or proof of payment), then the review can remain on WeddingWire.
I just spoke with our Dispute Team and the reason that your review was removed is because you were the mother of the groom for this wedding. At this time, we do not allow guests to post reviews. Had you paid for the vendor's services, your review would be allowed. Or if the bride/groom wanted to post the review, that would also be allowed.
