After having some concerns about an order placed and the fabric quality, Kevin contacted me immediately resolving the issue and reassuring me of the material characteristics of the linen.
Everything about my order was smooth and seamless. Order confirmation, shipping and tracking was all timely and accurate. Clothing was great quality and size/ordering information on the website was useful.
The clothing I received fitted as expected and in good condition. The pants require a hem which was not clear when I purchased them. Everything was shipped and arrived quickly.
The site offers Amazon payment on the billing page, but then the website requires a billing phone number and email address that isn't part of the Amazon billing address page and you can't enter it manually. So I had to back track and just manually enter all my information.
Small details that hopefully the company will correct, but overall a good experience.

The website is simple to navigate through. They have a good selection and styles to choose from. The communication is very good and the items ship out fast! I had to make a return on some items for sizing reasons and I am waiting to see how the returns are handled but so far very good website to shop with.

Our daughter is the bride, she told us free shipping on returns. It's not free! Very disappointed, we ordered 2 sizes of pants and shirt with this knowledge. We would have NOT ordered 2 sizes if we had known this.

I apologize for the fact that you were surprised by this, or that your daughter informed you incorrectly, it is well documented in all of our pages. Also, instead of ordering two, we have a very comprehensive size instructional area including a video (that takes about 5 minutes) so you will know which size you are rather than ordering 2 of everything and going through that trouble and expense that this incurs. Also, we do our best on the phones to be as friendly as possible, but please understand we are extremely busy, especially during this time of the year. If we sound a bit robotic it is possibly because we are repeating what is easily found everywhere on the website that folks can easily refer to without the need to call and ask about.
Very difficult to contact this company for any returns.
