The shirts are great quality. However, I ordered short sleeves (or at least I thought I was) and received long sleeves instead. I am paying someone to turn them into short sleeves, it is too close to my wedding to chance another order mix up.

The shirts came fairly quickly but unfortunately did not fit. The 2X being too small and the 3X way too big.
We had to expedite shipping with a custom vest order. Everything came well within the timeframe I requested. I became nervous after I placed the order and reached out to confirm. I received a prompt and courteous reply to let me know that everything was alright and it would be here in time.
Sent me a shirt that I canceled. Then won't send me 2 shirts I paid for. Then has nerve to text me and call me a dishonest creep because of their mistake.
Had to reorder. Received new order Friday and Its just what we wanted. Fit is perfect

Between your ridiculous "restocking fee" of unworn, non-custom clothing ($18) and the fact that you do not cover return shipping on items that don't work for the customer, I am having to pay over $35 FOR NOTHING! In my entire life, I have NEVER had to pay a restocking fee on standard sized apparel. Appliances and furniture, Yes, but this is just wrong. I will spread the word! Feel free to contact me if you'd like to provide better service and I will rethink my position. Shameful!

We don't offer this product in short sleeves so there was not a mix-up, you ordered long sleeves, which is what is also in the picture that you ordered from.
