Inital order included wrong color of products. Difficult to get in contact with company. The manager that had reached out to me, Kevin B, was candid and personable in his responses and understood the urgency and impact. 11/10 Satisfied.
I placed an order for my younger brother from this website. The shipping was lightning fast! We purchased a backup because they didn't have the shirt we wanted in stock at first. We're hoping the one we want arrives before the wedding, but we're extremely pleased with the customer service, delivery speed, and shirt quality!
The shirts looked great in pictures. However the colors on the models, especially coral and orange looked much lighter in pictures.
It was too late to send exchange and the guest commentary at the occasion reflected the loud colors.
The quality of the shirt however was extremely good. So please choose wisely and go for lighter colors.
The shipping and delivery were spot on with no delays.
If I could exchange for 2 of the 3 shirts for lighter shades, would do that in a jiffy.
I searched men's Hawaiian wedding attire and found just what I was looking for.
At first I found it hard to find any information about my shipping which was backordered, but when I wrote to customer service they got right back to me, filled me in, and were very courteous. The product has arrived and I am very pleased with it. So thumbs up for the product, and for the service.
Outfit looks and feels great! Also, a couple items were suppose to be backordered, but I received them with the first and only shipment. Much appreciated, and I will recommend to all!

I ordered a guayabera for my nephew going to a destination wedding. The website does not give you an option for expedited shipping but I called, left a message and Cary called me right away. She overnighyed the shirt and it arrived promptly. Her customer service is among the best I have encountered! I would recommend this company to anyone wanting a quality product and exceptional service.

Never got a confirmation email yet my card was charged right away, when creating an account after ordering, I received an email right away… I checked my spam nothing there as well. Not happy with return and exchange policies. The shirt didn't fit so I need a different size. But was told via email to return shirt and order another one. If I order another one I've got to pay again. Why should I have to do that when they already have my money for the first shirt. When I ask about an exchange they said they couldn't do that. So I have returned the shirt and ask them for a refund. Based on everything else not even sure if I'm going to get my money back.
This is the second shirt that I have ordered. The first one was wrong size. Keeping fingers crossed that this one fits.
I ordered 3 items for my wedding coming up in October. I wasn't sure if which size to get but if you go by the chart they have for you to look at and size yourself according to the instructions on it you should get a perfect fit like I did. Also got all of my stuff really fast and everything is as described. I have no complaints with anything I bought.
