This is a great website for your choice of optics. The shipping is fast, the stock is large, and the personnel very helpful. (via email) I am an internet shopper and I search for the best price available. Webyshops beat every site by $20 or better. That means I'll be dealing with them again in the future.

Excellent customer support and good communication. My order was delayed for more than a week due customer service but I still think this site deserves good rating cos my rifle scope arrived here on time and I live far in NZ. Hope to buy more products in near future.

This was my second order with webyshops. They had the best price on the product and no issues with either order placed. If the still have the product in stock when I am ready to buy again I won't even look elsewhere. That coming from me says a lot.

Shipment was very quick. However, when actual delivery was delayed due to my own error, the issue was quickly resolved by an understanding customer service representative.

Ordered two Galco holsters through Amazon, orders were filled by Webyshops. Neither holster fit the handgun! I've been purchasing holsters for 30 years and had never, before this, gotten a holster that did not fit the weapon. Webyshops would not authorize return since it was just beyond the 30-day return policy. So, be sure to verify your products as soon as you receive them from Webyshops!

I purchased a Nikon P-223 scope under Nikon's Range Ready promotion and it took about three weeks to get the free p-series mount. To WebyShops credit, I've seen similar complaints from other online retailers too, seems to be a logistical thing with Nikon. I finally got my stuff and it's great.

Ordered a vortex red dot sight for ar-15. Was cheaper than all the local gun shops in central texas. Very happy w/ product and was shipped pretty fast. Overall had good experience, will keep in mine for other gun accessories

Ordered 22 long rifle shells, site said free shipping on everything including ammo. Got charged freight anyway. Customer service said free shipping was a mistake. I've seen other messed up pricing on this site. Stay happy & avoid sites like these.

I ordered a scope ring for a rifle, it isn't what is advertised. It's a black color although packaging says blue. It does not fit my rifle properly. They offered to refund at my cosy to ship back. It pretty much defeated the savings of purchasing from their store. My contact was very pleasant to work with. A returning customer is ALWAYS a happy customer, regardless of policy...

My experience with this company is terrible. My $360 order took well over a month to fulfill. There were mix ups, confusions, delays, excuses, excuses and no communication unless prompted by me. I despise how this company treated me and I will never give them my business again.

Ordered a Hawke Sport Scope, was told it would be a week late, after placing order. The item I received was also different, from the picture they had posted. My experience with them was rather disappointing.

This is a complete customer service web site. Full line of products, questions answered just as fast as you can ask them. Prices can't be beat. I have told all my friends about this site! I have purchased again from them because of the customer service. I have had questions about what product is right for my needs and they gave me four choices with the best prices any were. These guys are the real thing!

I am not happy at all with this transaction. I got charged 2 different amounts on my credit card one stayed in pending for 2 months holding my money. When i got the item one was broke the other i tried to use and it broke on the first load of 22 shells. This led to a breach fire which blew metal in my face and hand. Avoid this place and avoid these crap gun magazines.

Where most US based companies simply refuse to sell to Canadians, this company went through all the hoops to facilitate the purchase.

Excellent selection and the lowest price I found. I knew Webyshops was great for hunting scopes... But now they have added top quality sporting sunglasses. My son and I just bought two pair and it was so easy. Great site! Well run.
