Ordered an "In Stock" Nikon Scope from these guys. A whole week went by with no shipping info. I contacted them and they told me it was out of stock and discontinued. No telling how it would have taken for them to tell me anything if I wouldnt have contacted them first. Lost my business permanently.

I was displeased w/ my 1st order at Web y's being assigned as a Fed employee in a U.S. territory I could not understand shipping policy so I consulted w/ the USPS regional postmaster about the max weight/dimension policy, after a call to Web y's the customer rep listened to my issue from thereon my orders both on-line & over the phone became much easy. Get to know the customer rep & phrase them, the result will give you a better deal & continued service w/ Web y's.

I have had only good-great experiences with this website/ online store. Their product description is very accurate. And the are very quick in their shipping. And the nice part is that they require you to sign for the package so both you and they know that it was received and not lost somewhere in transit.
They shipped me used night sights, denied it was even possible when I complained, and then refused to send me a return label. I finally had to go over their heads for a refund. I will never be purchasing anything from them again, and I urge shoppers to look elsewhere for your needs.

I put three different orders from diferent sites, i paid nine bucks for a bore sight a great deal + free shipping. The other two orders were way more in cost, but this came way before the others, excellent services!
I ordered a scope from the website and it wasn't available but they quickly got in contact with me and offered me an upgrade for the same price. The customer service is excellent and their prices are great. They also have fast shipping. I recommend them highly.
I ordered a Burris Speed Bead sight at a good price for a model that was hard to locate elsewhere. Service was prompt with shipping, and I am very satisfied. I'll look at the Webyshops website first the next time I need shooting accessories.

I called in not knowing anything about the optic and he stayed on the phone with me for almost 20 minutes answering all my questions. Great site. Had the scope I was looking for at a very good price. I liked the free gift they gave me. Have been wanting to get a laser bore siter for awhile now. The scope arrived 1 day after I ordered it, very impressed with how fast they got it to me. Packaged well, so that there was not any damage. Would recommend to anybody
It took a couple of minutes to remember what I had ordered when I got this request to rate webyshops.com. I guess that makes the experience unremarkable in that I had no problems. When I located the item I bought (Surefire Flashlight (Z2-S, I strongly recommend this flashlight)), I believe I got it a day before they said I would (always good), Absolutely no problems. Not crushed, mis-routed, or beat to hell. Just like I went into a store and bought it. I'm looking for a different model now and will probably buy it from riflescopes.webyshops.com. When you find a good on-line merchant, you stay with 'em!
Checked on an order a week after it was placed. Website said "in stock". I was told it was back ordered. When asked for how long I was told it could be a week, a month or even a year, do you want to go ahead and cancel? All in one breath. Total waste of time!
I bought a Nikon M-300 1.5-6 (30 mm tube) illuminated rifle scope from WebyShops via eBay. The scope is absolutely breath taking. I have a lot of scopes, most of them expensive, and I think this may be one of the best.
My experience with the dealer was very positive. We talked back and forth about the item and he sent me some additional pictures. When our deal was made he promptly shipped. He is very friendly and helpful and his demeanor is very professional.
He is trying very hard to build a good business and he is well on his way. Glad I did business with him.
Second transaction with this vendor and have to say I received some of the best customer service I have ever received. It's nice to Email someone on a Friday night at 8pm and have your emails answered within minutes. He also shipped my product on Saturday for delivery on the following MONDAY! I will definitely do business with him again!
