I bought a set of sights for my pistol from WebyShops through Amazon.com, and had a warranty-covered issue with them. The manufacturer wanted me to jump through a lot of hoops to get anything done about it, but WebyShops gladly sent me a new set, and sent me the appropriate return authorization documentation to return the defective set. I paid for the new set up front, but just as soon as WebyShops received the defective set, I received a full refund. They went above and beyond to assure me a great customer experience. Weby's is great! It's impossible to beat the service they provide as they do their best to make it as personal as possible. I practically have a personal shopper and technical advisor in the person of Jeb over at Weby's. My questions about scopes, tools and accessories are always answered and Weby's is probably the only American based on-line retailer of its kind that will actually do the work required to get your ITAR regulated goods through the application process and approved for export. The selection of goods is terrific and prices are always fair or bordering on cheap! I do about 90% of all my on-line accessory and tool shopping for shooting, hunting and general marksmanship needs at weby's on-line store... and I live in the Philippines. Go figure.
Received my Burris AR-332 scope in 3 business days. Great delivery, great scope for the price! However, the webyshops.com web site stated a lifetime warranty for this scope but the warranty received with the scope was for only one year. This was one of the main reasons the scope was purchased through this site. I sure hope that if anything goes wrong... webyshops will stand behind their published warranty claim.
With the current state of affairs regarding gun control legislation both in Canada & the USA, it was a pleasure to deal with Webyshops.com on firearm parts coming into Canada. Unlike OpticsPlanet.com who, wouldn't take on the time or effort of filling out the necessary paper work for a United States Department of Commerce License for export, Webyshops.com had no problem in doing this process. Yes the process was slow, but this is no fault of the efforts by Webyshops.com representatives Jared Devine, Jeb Doyle and Kimberly Orcutt who provide exceptional customer services. Five stars out of 5 for the website and the customer service received. Good to know their is a good reliable company in the USA that looks after their friends to the north.
We ordered ammo magazines. The order was promptly processed and entered the shipping process in just a few hours. We were notified when the order was recevied and every time the order moved ahead in the process. We received the order a day or two early and the product was exactly as described. This Nikon EFR scope was on sale but everywhere was on backorder. Not only that, everywhere were more expensive than Webyshops who have this scope in stock, I ordered one on Friday with free shipping option, they shipped out the scope on Saturday. Not the cheapo ground service like other vendor, but Priority Mail! I received the scope on the Tuesday.

I ordered riflescope. Since I'm from Canada there is importation order neded. Guys were very helpful and explained everithing I need to do. Even though with all importation process it was pretty slow, but it is not WebbyShops fault. Great job guys. Thank you.

I ordered a Hawke Panorama scope. Price was average, the shipping was quick but the packaging of the scope was below par. In box shipped USPS witha piece of paper. Yeah not much protection. The scope reticle was too fine for my old eyes so I reuturned it. I contacted customer service for RA and go an immediate reponse back with all information I needed to returned. They credited my card 201.99 of the 209.99 spent. A $8 restock fee? I was not happy about that.

Scope came in on time eye piece end loose, contacted webyshop was told i had to contact burris i did sent to burris they still have it, i will miss hunting season. Your customer service did not help any my 5yr old grandchild could told me to send it to burris

My experience with webyshops.com has been great. I ordered 2 Redfield Revolution 4-12x40 Accu-Range scopes. The price was so low compare to my local gun shops, I ordered two. Heck, the 3-9x40 cost more locally. My scopes were shipped fast and packaged well to protect my new investment. I will definitly be back!
My Nikon scope has been great, so great I ordered another from these folks. I am an air gunner and this AO scope is up there with the Leupold EFR. Quick shipping and lowest price, their web site beat Amazon. No BS that's why I also bought binos from them too.
I purchased a Bushnell 6-24x40 Elite side-focus scope from Webyshops. This was my fourth attempt to get the correct scope shipped to me since three other sellers had sent a scope without the side focus that they had advertised. I called Weby and asked if they would open the box, take the scope out and check that it actually had the side focus feature. They did this while I was on the phone with them. I made the transaction on the phone and I had the scope in my hands in four days. Great service!
