I looked high and low for the best price I could find for a Magpul LRS stock. Found prices ranging from $254.00 to a low of $188.00. Naturally, I purchased the low end price from WebyShops.com. The only reason this is not a 5 Star rating, was I received an email from Customer Service stating that the item ordered was actually out of stock and the website didn't reflect that fact. I did in fact get the best price, but I did wait an additional two weeks to receive the item. That aside, I will look here for merchandise I want it the future. Have to add that I did speak to Customer Service twice and did receive call back too... hence the 5 stars in the detailed ratings area.
I ordered the riflescope on Wednesday morning and it arrived on Friday afternoon. Two day delivery and that was with the FREE shipping option. I am impressed with the service, selection and price. I will look here first for my next purchase.
Looked at eBay for a monocular and found one that I wanted. I decided to search to see if I could find a better price and Webyshop had a better deal. I did not notice that the item was back ordered when I placed the order. I received an email from webyshops informing that it was back ordered and my payment would not be processed until the item shipped. I called up and asked when they thought the item would be in stock, after a couple of minutes on hold the associate informed me that it would be in stock the following day. Sure enough I had the monocular 2 days later.
So I ordered a flashlight here and I was pretty excited about it. Then I when I got it the battery charger that It came with wouldn't work. I just called customer service and they said they are going to ship me a new charger. Overall, I am pleased with interaction I had with customer service. Would order from again.
I was unaware of webyshops.com untill I stumbled on to it through bigpond search engine, so I was not sure of the set up of it and how it worked for International customers and flr me Australia. There was from memory a stock issue but I was contacted by a Lady who helped me choose a similar product of which I am most pleased she did as it is better than my original item. Product is fine. Asked to sign up for their email and get $10 off order. Tried to use it but it was not allowed. Inquired as to why via email to Customer Service and was told it was because the product was already on sale. Did not see anything stating this when signjng up for email. Will not use again.

I ordered a rifle scope and rings. I did make one call to customer support to check on the order. The person I talked to was professional, helpful and polite. My order arrived in perfect condition. I really couldn't be happier.
Two orders with Weby over a couple of months. 1st wrong product shipped, had to return ship item, wait for them to receive it, then ship correct item. 2nd order proper items received one was defective. Went thru run around to return, waiting for Weby to ship the new one back Lots of delays, customer service not very responsive. Only bright spot is pricing is good, but be prepared for delays and hassle of geting it right.
They admitted their online order system has problems. It shows items that are on backorder as in stock. I ordered a handgun and paid to have my FFL dealer email them a license and found out Webyshops did not have the handgun in stock. It gets worse. Their customer service said they new about the problem and assured me the handgun was arriving shortly in the next shipment from their supplier. A month later no shipment has arrived. I checked my online account with Webyshops and my order is not listed and no history of my order can be found. I spoke with Marcus on the phone, *******@webyshops.com and he would send me a email stating the shipment would be arriving shortly and the handgun I paid for was in that shipment. He never sent me a email. A REALLY poor company to do business with.
Ordered product and website never stated a signature was required for delivery. After fist attempt to delivery by UPS I call CS at Weeyshops and they would not redirect my order to another address, even though UPS stated they could. It has been 3 weeks now package was returned and I still have not got credit for my order. CS was of NO help and offered none. I would stay away from this website.
Their price was less than half of retail, and about 15% less than the next best online deal for the item I ordered. Shipping was prompt, and the item arrived in good condition, as described, in the factory sealed container. I couldn't have asked for anything better.
I recieved my order as promise. In fact it show up early. Nothing was back order ihate it when you only get half your order and you have to wait for the rest to come at a later date. Thank you webyshops for the fast service.
I ordered a rifle scope 10 days before xmas and paid extra for 2 day delivery. It didn't ship until January 5th. I emailed the company several times and they were quick to respond but I was told it shipped just to find out it hadn't. I couldn't get them to reship either. It arrived January 8th. This was a gift for my 13 year old son.

To figure out what i had ordered, During writing the review I got an annoying audio commercial that woke the wife! The order number on the review request was unknown by me. I got the bore sight quickly and in perfect condition! The web site was great!
The request to review was messy! I really do not like unsolicited commercials!
Had called and talked to customer service about acouple of items on prices and shipping, really friendly to talk to and had no problem in asking for information on products. Called back with a order of the 2 items we had talked about and both items where shipped same day, both items showed up less then a week later! Very nice... A+
I "Chatted" with this merchant regarding a turkey choke for my Beretta A400 shotgun. They made a recommendation and I ordered the choke they said would work.
The choke arrived and didn't fit. I inquired regarding a return (no other choke was available) and the "Chat line" told me they would give me a "full refund", but when it was calculated they didn't refund the $5 they charged for shipping it to me, they also didn't include a return-shipping label until I asked for it. The choke has been returned and it cost me $5.00 to find-out the item THEY suggested was incompatible with my shotgun.
This is my second purchase from webyshops.com and both rifle scopes were as described. The site was easy to use and pricing is competative (Shipping is the key). Confirmation was immediate and delivery was quick. I always make sure that I order in stock items only and that I do my homework on the item before I order, regardless of where I buy from.
I will buy from webyshops.com again.
Excellent website. I had a technical question about a Vortex scope and had an answere within a couple of hours. Ordered the scope the same day with 4-7 days delivery. Scope arrived 3 days later. Packaging was done very well. Scope has been mounted and boresighted but I haven't had a chance to use it.;-)
