I purchased the Meopta 3x12x56 rifle scope. I received the scope within a day and it was a great purchase. The customer service folks did a great job of answering my questions and completing the transaction.
2 US out of 6 (3xUSA, 1xSA & 2xUK) web shops replied on my initial query (shipping scope to Croatia). Weby replied in just a day while the other US shop replied in a week. PayPal payment required and done only upon shipping (great thing, not paying and then refunding if US customs stop the export). I used cheapest shipping and still got my scope in just two weeks. Excellent. Highly recommended.
Customer service was great, no problems at all. The only complaint that I have is the standard of packaging, I ordered two scopes and a set of rings, one of the scopes was slightly damaged, the rings packaging came apart and two of the screws were lost, I have been unable to obtain replacements and therefore cannot use the product. The Sightron S111 scope quality is questionable, the packaging was minimal (especially for an international order) and the proctective cloth included in the box was disintergrating, absolute rubbish that fell apart in your hands. Also the included lens covers do not fit the scope. I had expected more from Sightron. Had it not been for these product quality/packaging issues I would rate the site at least 4 stars.
I buy a Burris Eliminator III, very happy of a good service; real international export! I leave in a small french island in the pacific (new Caledonia) and very few export overseas in lost place.
