I was with them for 25 years so I called and spoke with Ryan and aired my concerns.
Well, that got me nowhere...I now have another host for 150$ a year...
They are crooks, stay away...
Wow I'm a customer for over 5 years not even promoted on their website when you search for glass company in edmonton not even when you enter my company name paid for hosting for the year no way I'm coming back

Deleted all my listings. Worthless site. I emailed them stating that I was indeed the owner of the business and they did not even bother to manually call to verify any one of them.

I remember you were adding fake businesses to our Canadian business directory. We were only accepting real businesses so we couldn't accept them. We closed our directory in 2024 and now are focused only on web design and hosting. Best of luck with your marketing in the future.
It still has a long way to go to work out the bugs, but so far, I think this is the best way to find out what is going on in waterloo region. I love that it helps us connect with artists and venues and find out about behind the scenes stuff too!

Hi Sally. Sorry you were frustrated by how WordPress works. We have been developing all of our customers websites on WordPress since 2012. Yes, our prices have gone up since we started in 1999. We are at pace with inflation and still way more affordable than the competition. Sad to see we weren't able to make things right for you. Best of luck in the future.
