This was my first time ordering from WebEyeCare.com. I always worry when ordering the first time, but this experience turned out perfect. I was able to order contacts for my son. I easily uploaded a copy of his prescription, put in my order and received it timely. Even with the processing fee for this company, this was the least expensive for the brand we were purchasing (including the cost of the contacts and any processing/shipping fees).
The only thing the company could improve upon was more communication. I received confirmation of the order, but then nothing until I had received the contact and was asked to do a review. As I ordered during the busy Christmas season of 2020, delivery took a little longer than expected (maybe 2-3 weeks), but again, as this was my first time ordering, I was nervous. Also, I would have liked a heads up on the shipping because it is cold in Wisconsin and I am not sure what happens to contacts if they freeze.
I would (and have) recommended this company to others.
I had order my contact in September and I was told it was going to take 5 -10 days to get my contact. I called them by day 13 and I was told my contact was consider lost. They would had to send a new shipment and I would have to give them an alternative address. I asked them if they can expedite them sense I don't have any contacts left and they said I would have to pay extra. This is very poor customer service and very inconvenient for me to suffer their mistake. Not only did I waited 13 days now I'm having to wait another 5 to 10 business days to get my contacts!
I recommend for you to NEVER NEVER ORDER FROM THEM!
It is fast, cheap and easy what else would you want? I have try many other websites to order my contacts and now I will stick to that one as long as I can :)
Very easy process! From start to finish so easy. I will use them every time now and so affordable. The only thing I can complain about is having to use 100 caricatures for this review

I was filling out the form on webeyecare to order a box of contact lenses. When I ran a search of the particular lenses, they had the best price, but what they don't tell you is that the price quoted does not include the mandatory "processing fee" of $9.80 they tack on. I thought that was a bit steep- but the price was still a bit lower than other places, so I proceeded, after going through the entire order form and filling in all of the prescription numbers and – billing address etc- THEN you get to select your "Shipping Options." The LEAST expensive shipping option was "Ground 5 Day" for $12.95! YOU HAVE TO BE KIDDING ME! SURELY they were not going to charge an additional $12.95 to ship a tiny box of Contact lenses that would easily fit into a U. S Priority mailing BOX for $5.20? At that point I stopped and used their "Live Chat" option to see if I was misunderstanding something.
The Chat Rep explained that they charge the $9.80 "Processing fee" to "process and verify the prescription" and the $12.95 covers the UPS Ground shipping. I told her $12.95 shipping was ridiculous. She then offered a 5% discount code. I asked if there was a minimum purchase required – no minimum. I then asked if the 5% applied to the TOTAL PRICE including the $22.75 additional fees. She said it applied to the processing fee- but not the shipping.
This is a racket- I'm ordering from another company.
I believe that this site is the best place to buy contacts. My contacts that I ordered were amazing and they are so comfortable! You will not be disappointed when you buy from here.
I decided to try Webeyecare again. The first time the price was really good and the contacts arrived a few weeks later. When it was time to re-order, I saw that their price jumped a lot so I went to another website. This year I decided to try Webeyecare again since their price was a little better than the other sites. A week later, I got one of those survey emails saying you should receive your in a couple of days so please respond to let us know how we did. A few days went by and nothing arrived. I called to find out when my order's status. They said that my contacts are special ordered so it would take a while and longer and they would call me back with an ETA by COB. After a couple more days, no word from them. I tried calling again but the hold time was over an hour. I sent them an email. They responded that they would let me know by COB. Of course, no response. I finally got a hold of someone on the phone. They said the order would ship in a week. A week later, I received a box. I opened the box and found a bag of four contacts. My order was for four boxes of contacts. At this point, I thinking these guys are scammers. I finally got ahold of them again and said this never happens. They re-ordered and a few more weeks later I get right order finally. While they finally got it right, it was not worth the all the effort on my part to get them to do their job right. Not matter how low their price is, I am never dealing with them again.

I can't believe I found this place! They are amazing. The prices are so much lower than anywhere else AND the shipping was super fast. I will no longer buy my contact lenses from any place else.
The site is very user-friendly and their prices are terrific. I only gave it four stars, instead of five, because of their shipping options are expensive.

Answer: That my friend, is the million dollar question! For myself, and numerous others I've read on multiple different website reviews, it's going on 6+ weeks with a different $#*! A mammy story and excuse every time. Then in what I (personally, I cannot speak for others on this) take as an added insult, each excuse offered is always placing blame on someone else, never once simply admitting fault and owning their mess up.
