Easy to order. I would suggest more clarity on the order confirmation screen so I can see it broken out by "eye" (left or right) to make sure ordered correctly.
Great site! Ordering is easy, and they include free shipping! They were offering the cheapest price for the contacts I needed, so I took advantage with no regrets. Highly recommended.
I was soooo impressed with them, I ordered on a Monday and I didn't have my prescription on me, but I ordered anyway and I received it on Thursday! I couldn't believe it... I have ordered with other online companies and it was alot more money.

This place sucks. They incrementally squeeze more and more money out of you on each successive checkout screen during the checkout process. They hope you will not notice.
One fee is an ill-defined $7.95 "processing fee" per box, that they refuse to detail.
Another example is the almost $20.00 shipping charge they add on at the end of the checkout process for a product that has the weight of a feather and is shipped UPS from southeastern PA to south central PA. They claim it's 2 day air, but it took over a week for me to get the product. Not only that, but why would you fly a small box of contacts from Langhorne, PA to Reading, PA? It's like an hour drive! Plus, who needs 2 day air, anyway? I didn't ask for that. I was given no choice for shipping.

I'm sorry to hear you admit that you have been incrementally gouging me, but thank you for your written admission.
I will gladly pay 1-800-Contacts $33.58 more for the same product just to know that your business has decreased by even one customer.
It's also worth it for me to extricate myself from your slithery, unpredictable price evolutions that take place with no notice and which add ill-defined costs at each advancing checkout screen, culminating in a shipping charge that is at least four times what it actually costs to ship something the weight of six small, light contact lens boxes to an address in the same state from which it is shipped.

Intially were fine but not at refreshing as new contacts should be. Irritation such as itchy and dryness within 8 days of wearing contacts. I always use the brand and it's never been this bad.
It is not easy to add and delete material from your shopping cart. I would also suggest labeling your contacts left/right for consumers (other companies do) for convenience.
I ordered 8 boxes of contacts. Good price and quick shipping. Came with a rebate. Processing fee is 10% of total. Seems like it should be a flat fee, or discounted based on how many boxes ordered.
I had a great experience with their customer service, both on the phone and through their online chat service. They even waived my shipping fee when i just simply and nicely asked. :)
The site was easy and simple to navigate. Received my contacts earlier than expected, which made me happy since I urgently needed it! Will return to this site when I need to replenish.
I rarely wear contacts and have not been able to find somewhere to get just one box of 6 lenses, and at a great price too! It was super easy to order, and I got them in about a week.

Is there a way to give negative stars? This company is disorganized and unintelligent. A while back I tried ordering thru them and they kept emailing me saying that they couldn't get my prescription verified (they were calling Hawaii during off hours). Seriously? Ever think to look at where you're calling? Common sense would tell you that during the early morning hours on the East Coast is 6 hours ahead of Hawaii.
Now I have moved back home and have a doctor in South Carolina and emailed my prescription - they still said they needed to verify and they were calling Hawaii again. Not to mention - I'm almost out of daily contact lenses and leaving for vacation on Tuesday (10 days to process an order is crap - Other sites do it faster). They told me that I would have to pay for overnight shipping to get it even though I placed the order 5 days ago.
Oh, and now they're blaming my doctor's office saying that the office in Hawaii was hanging up on them and now the office in South Carolina is. Really? 2 different doctor's offices hanging up on you? Sounds like a problem on your end.
I work in the hospitality industry. This is crap service. I'd rather spend a little more and get the contact lenses on time and from a nicer company.
At this time I just want my order cancelled so I can get contact lenses from someone who wants my business.

Answer: That my friend, is the million dollar question! For myself, and numerous others I've read on multiple different website reviews, it's going on 6+ weeks with a different $#*! A mammy story and excuse every time. Then in what I (personally, I cannot speak for others on this) take as an added insult, each excuse offered is always placing blame on someone else, never once simply admitting fault and owning their mess up.
