Customer Service does not seem to be a priority with this Company. They rarely answer the phones, and they do not provide status to customers on ongoing issues. We pay for web hosting service and have had major issues with the site being down for extended periods. When you finally get a response, their standard answer is "it should be up by tomorrow". It never is, and they give no further updates, so customers are forced to keep calling.

If I had just did my research on this company before hiring them it would have save me the pain I go through for months with them. Every problems that I was experiencing with them thats what others was complaining about. My story would take up all your day, and Im absolutely sure after you hear it youll feel my pain.

These guys really nailed my design and the after care has been amazing. I can't wait to show all my friends the work they've done because i'm mega proud.

If you want to get ripped off, go here. They pawn their work off to someone in another country and it takes weeks to correct the many mistakes made. The promises they make are never fulfilled and they could care less that you are losing business because of major mistakes they made on your website or Landing Page.
I asked for a Landing Page to be done and was given a date, but one month later still no working landing page. Ive spent hours and weeks trying to get one simple thing done but they keep making the same mistake over and over again. The Form on BOTH my website and Landing Page are not working now going onto 5 weeks and there is no one to speak with about it, except some woman who is their customer service person, who is located in the Philippines. I'm in N. Jersey and the person who is supposed to fix my site is in the UK, so it takes FOREVER to get anything done because of the time differences. All Ive done over the past month is go around in circles. I have lost 1000s of dollars of business because of this awful company.

WebcreationUS was hired on October 5,2021, to perform Search Engine Optimization Services on a month-to-month basis, but not on contract on my existing website. During the initial interview process, I spoke to their account manager Chris Morano. Chris explained that the $345 SEO service includes: On page SEO, Off Page SEO, selecting high ranking Keywords, Link building, meta keywords in the source code and monitor google analytics. They agreed to provide me with a dashboard link which reflects how 10 keywords are ranking in google search. After the first month I noticed no changes in on page and off page optimisations. Sales began to decline. Website traffic declined as well. Other SEO professionals began reaching out offering to do an audit on my website and performance SEO services. The various companies reported: we were not ranking for keywords pertaining to our products, the keywords I formerly put in the source code were removed, there were 39 broken links and 404-page errors that were not brought to my attention although they impeded any optimizations WebcreationUS was working on. I contacted every email I had for WebcreationUS. They returned my emails after 1 week via phone call. I expressed my concerns to Jamie, SEO manager, who pretended to care. The SEO services were not properly applied to my website. As a result, sales declined and so did the website views from google and Bing. I contacted them From November 5,2021, through January 21,2022, regarding SEO. They did not establish quality backlinks for the website. Their response time to customers is very poor. WebcreationUs did not inform me of the 39 broken links on the website nor the various 404 errors. I requested a full refund of $1380 from WebcreationUS on February 2,2022. Instead of refunding the money, they have been rebutting my complaints. I did a chargeback for $345 with my bank for the January statement. I want a refund of $1,035.
