Caused so much stress. The designer had v. poor skills and poor grasp of the english language which meant communication via email was a total joke. This went on for months. Complaints went omn deaf ears. They were very rude and arrogant. No care that the site was needed. In the end i had to go to a professional web site creator locally!

Now called elevateom online marketing stay well clear they shut web creations down because of bad reviews now started up again,there service is shocking there web page are cheap crap out sourced to India,they try and get more money for ad ons such as an email which you thought were included,I got scammed and I am taking them to court for my money back /stay well clear con artist

All I can say is wow. My experience with WebcreationUK has been completely unbelievable and I mean that in the worst possible way. I have paid WebcreationUK exactly £4,562 to date for a fully functional website and app which they have yet to deliver even though the project started in August 2020.

Please avoid this company like the plague! You will only ever hear from them when it is time to collect payment for the deposit and the second payment to move on to the development stage (you will also hear from them when they make contact to offer you the add-ons such as the content writing service). You will receive little to no communication from them after that point. This company will use their salesmen and women to offer you the world, yet they will deliver peanuts.

WebcreationUk cares only about the money, they do not care about customer satisfaction or building a healthy reputation. My project is probably one of the larger sums of money they have been able to get hold of and they are not letting go without a fight, even though they have not been able to show me any updates since the homepage and login.

I am in complete disbelief as to how and why the company operates in this way - I am undoubtedly facing a long and hard battle to get my money back. Please save yourselves the sleepless nights and stress by finding another company or Web developer to build your site. I made a deal with the devil the day I decided to allow WebcreationUK to work on my project.

The senior manager is the worst as he is so far removed from the projects and yet thinks he is an expert on them (he also handles the complaints, so you really have no way of escalating your case if you are not happy). I will update this review as this really has only just begun. I finally became fed up of waiting for updates and asked to cancel the project after 7 months. I think 7 months is long enough to be able to deliver some sort of tangible results. This has been a complete nightmare and I wouldn't wish this on anyone. WebCreationUK is a complete shambles and they are extremely dishonest.

Designed a website that never worked outside of their test site. Never respond to emails even at one point they told me the person that was trying to look at the issue never worked there. You give them a time ring you to fix the issue then ring hours later and then email you to say you were not free. Once they have you money they don't want to know.
DO NOT USE. SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE

This company is an absolute joke.

I contacted them to build me a canvas printing website. I had two people previously attempt to make this for me using networks like fiver and they both failed.

I know that I this company are just a bunch of middlemen (they outsource all work abroad and couldn't build a website between them) but I thought at least they will be able to connect the links and build me the website that I have requested.

After telephone consultations of me going into great detail how I want it to function, and what website I would like it to be like. The salesman Darren, told me what software would achieve my goals priced it up for £3600.

I agreed and paid half upfront.
I was quoted 7 weeks in July and now we are in February and they haven't done anything.

Websites previews they have shown me looks like a 10 year old did it. The canvas printing functionality was for custom t shirts printing. And this was in December.

I told them that this is nothing like I wanted.

Now I have requested a refund as they haven't done any work on it and they have refused. Not because they have done work like I have seen on other reviews. Because they have used software that I agreed to in the contract.

Bearing in mind I have no idea what software would I need that's why I came to them in the first place. Now because I have been mis sold a product they are now telling me because I have agreed as Darren told me this is what I need, I can not get a refund.

Now Darren is saying that to achieve what i want there is a £7000 software but I only agreed to £3600 one. I have told them that this was never mentioned. There sales department clearly doesn't know how to sell. If what I want will cost me £7000 plus why sell me something for half the price?

I have mentioned that with all things, if it is going to cost more to get the job done, you should re estimate the work. Let the customers know it will cost more to achieve the goals. And then let the customer have a choice to proceed or decline and get a refund as the work one be satisfactory if they don't proceed with the new estimate.

I have asked for my design brief which I have filled out online, and no one will provide me with a copy of it as it will prove them wrong and incompetent.

I advise anyone who decide to use this company to be very very specific. Don't agree to software agree to functionality only. And if you want a basic website. Just go to places like fiver or freelancer. At least when they can't complete it to your satisfaction they will refund your money.

I will now be taking this company to court, as I wanted to be up and running by Christmas, they have failed to deliver and refusing to terminate the contract and refund me.

USED THIS COMPANY AND IT WAS A TOTAL NIGHTMARE! RUIDE/ VERY POOR SERVICE. IN THE END JUST GAVE UP AND WENT ELSEWHERE WRTING THE MONEY ID GIVEN THEM OFF! A WASTE OF WELL OVER 6 MONTHS. THEY WERE USING AT THAT TIME PEOPLE BASED IN INDIA WHO HAD A POOR GRASP OF ENGLISH AND YOU HAD TO INSTRUCT THEM VIA EMAIL. THE SITE HONESTLY LOOKED LIKE A 5 Y.O WAS WORKING ON IT. WHEN I SAID ID MENTION THIS ONLINE THEY SAID THEYD SUE ME!

Cowboys! They got rid of all my great keywords and replaced them with useless ones for my business. They added "Affordable Prices" to my description even though that is not what I am offering. They locked out my website so I couldn't use it for vital client work and I couldn't even log into my own website. They did all of this without letting me know what they were up to and they were very difficult to reach to get any answers. Now unless I turn things around very quickly I have gone from being very successful to being on the verge of bankruptcy thanks mostly due to their incompetence.

Pros: Customer service have been fantastic but lack of understanding and communication.

Cons: Where to start, well, this October will be 2 years since webcreationUK have developed me a broken website, in fact when they try to fix 1 error another 2 or more appears from nowhere, it's taken 3 months to fix uploading images on my website, a month now to solve the email server, I've paid £300 to have ad ons only to be broken and is now errors, the software seems old and outdated yet my quotation states new updates and on top of all this I can't even promote or advertise my website due to it being broken.

Support after support and it seems noone can communicate with the amateur developers based in India which is handle by email only, I have also given image instructions on the errors but not a word, now I understand with the covid19 work will be slow but these errors were present well before the pandemic, it has gotten to the point now where I am seeking legal advice because this is ridiculous and ongoing for 2 years is mind blowing.

I will keep this post open for editing because believe it or not most 5* given on here are edited from 1* to 5*.

My personal advice would be seek a developer in the UK that are close to you as these guy's are none existence once they recieve payment, don't believe me check the other 1* rating and you'll get the outcome and pattern

This company have recently changed their name to ElevateOM, however at the time this particular incident occurred they were still trading as WebCreationUK, so I feel it's appropriate to post this here. I had an absolutely terrible experience with WebCreationUK / ElevateOM - I chose to take their Advance SEO package, however, it turned out to be anything but. Misleading initial documentation that promises to use 'relevant websites', build 'quality links' using 'Industry best practices' and provide a 'creation and distribution of content service to video sharing sites such as YouTube, Flickr, Daily Motion all turned out to be complete hogwash... In truth, (by the MD's own admission in an email to me) they provide a 'Grey' SEO proposition, which utilises questionable practices, spurious blogs and links from little known websites, including overseas and foreign language directory sites, to gain whatever small advantage that they can to try and befuddle the unwary. Unfortunately for them, I'm anything but unwary, and when questioned for answers as to what activity had been done to my site since taking out the subscription I was offered a very limited explanation, told that for 'security reasons' I wasn't allowed to be told what articles had allegedly been written or where they had been posted, and when I did my own research, discovered a multitude of links from the aforementioned questionable blog sites and euro directories had been pointed at my website, most of which had subsequently dropped off, and that overall my site had dropped in position quite significantly from where it started. In summary, I would have had a better result if I'd simply set fire to my cash in the back garden instead of giving it to these guys. I would urge you to do your own research before taking up with this company - there are lots of reputable SEO agencies out there who will do a great, transparent and quality job for the SEO on your website - unfortunately, WebCreationUK/ElevateOM aren't one of them..

I have been a loyal customer of Elevateom (previously Webcreationuk) for 12+ years, having spent in excess of £10,000 on the development of 3 websites. The most recent website upgrade (to Magento2) was completed at the end of May 2022.
Overall, the experience in the development of the websites has been positive. The developers are based in India and, have all been respectful, professional and attentive to my requirements.
Ironically, my experience of their customer service and technical support over these 12 years has, overall and, consistently been negative. Lack of empathy, lack of urgency, lack of communication. Impossible to speak to a manager or Director.
My recent experience has been the worst and most stressful. Both my email addresses became blocked (SMTP 554 error messages). After 7 days, no update, no resolution, no urgency in getting the issue resolved.

TO BE AVOIDED AT ALL COST
If you know what is best for you and your brand, you will do well to avoid using WebCreationUk to develop your website. They will hand over haphazard work to you and communication is near impossible. They handed over a site to me that doesn't function in that users payments are accepted but there's no feedback to indicate a user has paid. Among other significant errors. There were so many things wrong with the basic functionalities of the website. Getting the developer to correct these errors would take days/weeks sometimes. If you use webcreation, you're doing so at your own risk. Don't say you haven't been warned. They are a completely fraudulent organization and they use developers that have no experience and no idea what they are doing.
Personally, I have decided to sue them and I'm talking with my lawyers on this. But I just want to warn people to stay away from them and avoid them in your own best interest.
And as for Webcreation, wherever you people think you are hiding, I will make sure you pay for the stress and financial loss you have caused me. Down to the very last amount.
