Since I started my online business through Web.com I have had excellent customer service. The people I have spoken with are knowledgeable, polite and professional. As a new website owner it's been a big learning experience to start from an idea and see it through as far as I have. The staff I have spoken with have never tried to make me feel like my lack of technical knowledge was a problem. They made me feel like web changes, Facebook etc. is their job and they do it well. Despite being a web program this morons don't respond to EMAIL. They will however charge you till you are blue in the face and refuse to refund your money despite 15 emails telling them to cancel the service. You will at some point have the pleasure of speaking to one of their rude and snippy customer service representatives.

I thought Chad W did a great job, he was helpful, positive and complimentry. I have one complaint. I feel very rushed when I was originally told I could take the time I needed, even up to a month. I have been with Network Solutions for many, many years. However my experience with Web.com in the past 3 years (trying to buy a new website, etc. etc.) has been less than satisfactory... I might say horrible. However, Krysten's help yesterday has restored my faith

Both Adam and Erin were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. I knew very little about the task that I needed to complete, but they walked me through the process step by step without making me feel embarrassed by my lack of knowledge. They made me feel very comfortable, efficient and effective with their help! It was a very pleasant experience for me which I appreciated greatly!
If you saw my other review please disregard! That was more than a year ago and web.com hadn't yet had a chance to bleed me dry. My biggest regret ever is giving this company even one cent. After the contract was over they used very sneaky loopholes to keep taking my money (more than $1000 extra) they deleted my website and are holding my domain hostage so I cannot work or communicate with existing clients. Their sales team talks a good game, please don't be fooled!

Answer: We are located in Australia and trying to make contact is virtually impossible. They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.
