I had a coupon for $15.00 off for signing up for emails, but when I went to use the code a message came up saying the order had to be $750.00 or more. I have a copy of the screen shot with the code and it didn't mention the $750.00 min spending.

Main page shows a promo for a free pen. I selected the pen, typed in the code and it stated that promo was expired. I would like the blue pen sent with the watch. I have also sent a email about this pen. It has been ignored
