This watch was a gift for our grandson's high school graduation. I was so happy that I received it promptly because my husband and I could give it to him personally and not have to mail it to him. He was beyond thrilled when he opened up the box and that made us feel wonderful. We were even able to engrave the back of it as a lasting gift from his grandparents. Update: Watchmaxx shipped the wrong watch, but they were very professional in resolving the problem. They were easy to work with and did exactly what they said they would. I'm satisfied with the product,the handling of the small problem, and especially the value from Watchmaxx.

My watch doesn't work.

Great website, easy breezy. The watch is beautiful! Took it diving for a week, performed beautifully. The only complaint is that I paid for express overnight shipping and it came away late, but not a huge issue.

Site could have been more explicit about not including a certificate of authenticity.

Website is intuitive, and using Amazon Pay is truly awesome. Saved me some time, gave me assurance.

Update: It arrived within 2 days even though I didn't opt for express delivery. Great service. Watch looks great! Will definitely buy from them again.

It would be nice to have a login capability and easier identification of the "Cart." The bag didn't quite identify for me that that was my cart.
