Want That Dress have made dress shopping so easy, and such great value. I was looking for a dress for a small wedding and was really struggling until a friend recommended that I try here. As a plus size lady it's hard to find beautiful pieces at a reasonable price but there's such a range of stock here that I was sorted in no time. It was such a delight to see my size listed within the general stock, not in a side folder hidden away too. I didn't use the styling option this time but I'm going to treat myself to this service with my next purchase. I'll definitely be back.

Answer:

I couldn't get through on the number. No answer to emails. No refund ever received and no help from PayPal. Blocked from Facebook page. I cannot believe in 2015 that a company can still get away with this kind of practise. I tried to forget about the money in the end as I spent too much time stressing over it. I hope these people are caught eventually so the honest people receive the money back which they deserve

Why are you still selling on this site, this is one big joke & believe me you have met your worst nightmare as i'm going to publish all the messages & reviews that people have wrote about all of their nightmares with this supposedly company. you are taking people's money, probably some that don't have much either & this is a form of stealing, so i suggest you refund or stop advertising something which ain't true. Answer:

I tried ringing twice the first time was kept waiting 1 hour and 30 minutes and then I got cut off when I got to caller number two the second time it was an hour and 50 minutes and got cut off again at caller number two this company is an absolute disgrace. I sent a message over facebook and got no reply and I also posted on their wall. It isn't fair something should be done about this company

I recently ordered a dress from you on the tuesday 2nd february i ordered a next day delivery #183376 my order was never delivered on the 4th february i checked my emails so i could find the link to track i noticed it said my order wasnt complete so again i did what i thought i was doing and completing my order i was told 2-3 working days #183758 i also created an account to make it easier to track my order but on my account it says i now have two orders for the same dress both saying waiting for shipment
