I ordered my dresses on the 13th April still haven't received them, they have taken my money, I have emailed them and no reply. How do I get my money back if I didn't pay by PayPal?

You might be able to go to your bank & ask them to recall the money from them /

I paid my debit card but wish I used PayPal

Sorry its much harder, with the service you dont get the emails they dont answer, and phone calls if you ever get throw. Id advice you connect with paypal for all purchases I after mnths got mine.try register explain to them I don't know Because you didn't pay with them if they can help you but even future purchases you'll be backed up im sorry if this isnt the answer your lookjnv for but just a suggestion.

Call them . You'll wait about 45min to an hour . Demand a refund there and then . I spoke to a Dosey girl called Katy sounded like she was filing her nails. They couldn't care less. When you get your refund call trading standards. This company is not legit. It can't be . No one ever gets their order.

They are a nightmare aren't they. I'm not 100% sure if it's not pay pal but I'm pretty sure that if you call your bank and tell them you think it's a dodgy company they will put you through to their fraud department or disputes and hopefully they will be able to try and get a refund for you.

You need to do it on a laptop/computed, log into your paypal account and open a case. They will assess it and more than likely give your money back. I have pushed this company towards watchdog and should be investigated soon. Please share their website however you can (facebook & Twitter) to make people aware they are conning people out of money. Hope this helps

I didn't get anywhere by emailing them. I rang them first thing in the morning at 9am so i wasnt on hold long and demanded a refund. If you can't get through on the option 2 button just press option 1 through to orders and get them to refund you xx
