I couldn't get through on the number. No answer to emails. No refund ever received and no help from PayPal. Blocked from Facebook page. I cannot believe in 2015 that a company can still get away with this kind of practise. I tried to forget about the money in the end as I spent too much time stressing over it. I hope these people are caught eventually so the honest people receive the money back which they deserve

Yea I got blocked from their Facebook page too! Totally disgusted! Can't beleive Facebook let a scamming company advertise! I hope they get all what's coming to them!

I have been blocked off Facebook too. It's a scam. I have reported this on watchdog and still nothing! I have no dress and £28 lighter.

I don't have a number but if u do receive the item within 30 days of payment then they are in breech of customer contract. Go you your bank and explain what's happened and ask for something called a charge back and the bank will refund the money within 10 days

Seriously stay away from this company. They should not still be trading. If you try to ring you are put on hold and then you get cut off. They do not reply to emails either! I returned a jumpsuit and never got a refund!

The Facebook page needs reporting if we all do it it might get them shut down, it's the biggest scam ever I waited ages and ages for a refund in the end I was lucky

I had phone calls from trading standards investigating them over a year ago saying I would get my money back I've never seen a penny! I've given up I never got a reply or an answer from them by email or phone call.

I emailed loads but got no reply. Got my money back through PayPal.

I got number from website but was on hold for an hour and half no answer it was saying I was number two in line but they were never going to answer I still waiting on a refund since June they won't reply to the numerous email I sent and they also blocked me from fb because I wrote a bad review on there page sorry it not the answer you were looking for but good luck with them scam company Gillian

You will not be able to contact them, I emailed them loads, rang and no luck, I was even blocked by them on FB. They are a terrible company, they just take your money.

Don't waste your time Joanne, just contact your bank and request a refund due to goods not being delivered.

This company is a complete scam and should be shut down.

Looks like they have took their telephone number off their website page only contact now though Facebook! I never got my dress ended up disputing through PayPal I got a refund eventually. The number they did have they never answered anyway! Sorry to say they are a bad company to deal with I was blocked off their Facebook page for putting a negative post on! I hope you get sorted sorry not much help

Hi. On their website it says to go on to Facebook. It's worth a try but if you say anything negative to others, they block you.
