The last email I received was a label was created on 5/7. Today is 5/17 and still didn't receive any additional emails. Going back to tracking saying to be delivered 5/19.
Like the styles and pricing...not sure of the fit and sizing.
Easy. But had a long wait for the product to arrive. After reading other reviews I was really worried. I had no return issues as my bathers were good. But others have. Be wary and use PayPal.

Great selection of swim suits at great prices. But the suits I purchased didn't work for me. The bottom/skirt was just too short for me. They didn't hide my flabby legs. My problem, not yours!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! I purchased two swimming suits and paid for express shipping. When I did not receive shipping info I contacted them to ask when my order would be shipped. I received a message that it had been shipped to a city three hours from my home and I would need to pick it up at the post office there or it would be destroyed. I don't think it was shipped at all.
Just received in the post my 1st order - fantastic! Have made a 2nd order within 30 minutes! Well done - excellent quality - quick delivery and good packing.

I requested a return label. First they ask, "are you sure you want to return?" So, now I have to respond again before they will issue a label. With the added instructions they make it as difficult as possible.
1.We gladly accept unworn,undamaged, unwashed items with original labels attached (the hang tag and transparent package).Please note that your returned product is required to be quality inspected after it is received in the warehouse. Once the returned item has been detected as used or worn, we can not issue a refund for it.
2.Please take pictures of swimwear underwear crotch Stickers. No crotch Stickers or affect the secondary sale, no return.
3.We currently are unable to offer a free returns service, so return shipping must be made at your own cost.Remember to give us a tracking number within 7 days after you receive the return address we provided. Otherwise, we are afraid that we will not accept returns and no refunds.
4.We are happy to refund the price of item/s you returned (not including shipping fee as we had shipped it) after receiving the parcel and checking. So, to ensure a successful return, please return using a standard shipping service that provides tracking.

After a long wait, I relieved my items and decided to do a partial return. Firstly, for returning items, you have to email customer support (there is no return online on their website). Customer support replied after 4 days and they have didn't still provide me with the returns label. They wrote a long asking me to provide them with the photos of the items to be returned (THEY DO NOT TRUST THEIR CUSTOMERS!). And even more they said customer has to ship to USA (mind you this information of it being returned to US is no where mentioned on their website). The only thing mentioned is their returns will be arranged by customers own expense. And another option they offer is to keep the UNWANTED items and they will refund me ONLY 30% of the cost. I've never heard of any company being like this! ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH
