‎*UPDATE* Okay, now I am trying to be calm, and trust me, considering the circumstances, this is calm. Another one of my bridesmaids just got her dress today. (The dress was supposed to be tea-length and navy) She received a FLOOR length RED dress. I am having all my bridemaids cancel their orders and I certainly expect them ALL to get fully refunded. I will now have to search for a dress that will work for all 7 girls in less than a month. Thank you for RUINING MY WEDDING.

My name is Destiny I recently ordered my prom dress back in the beginging of April my prom is in may on the site it said that it would take apprx thirty days to make ansd sed its been more then that. After going to three different sites and seeing reveiws im scared I won't havve my dress by the 19 qand if I do, it will totally not be anything that I wanted it to be. Im hoping that it comes because as of today my prom is week away. Im stressing and Im not sure what to do. Ive tried calling, Ive sent emails and all I get is a don't worry your dress will be there. I don't want my prom to come and when Im supposed to be getting my nails or hair done not checking the mail and hoping and praying that its there. I don't know what to do but I won't be looking for a important dress online anymore.

I ordered 2 bridesmaids dresses for my sisters wedding. They originally said we would have them by the end of March, I said this will be fine as long as it is no later than that as my sisters wedding is on the 13th April (2 weeks today).

I have been emailing them to make sure the date will still be the end of march and they have also told me not too worry they will be with us. As Friday (25th) came and went I thought I would have heard from them about my dresses being sent out. I didnt so i emailed them and basically told them that if we do not receive them by the 31st March they can give me a full refund as they are useless to me! I did not hear back from them, emailed again on monday 4 times and did not hear a thing and still haven't. We have had to rush around trying to find replacements and we have. I have received an email today to say that my order has been sent and that I will receive them within 3 working days. Like I told them if they are not here by tomorrow they are useless, and judging by the reviews everyone else has given I would rather them not come as I don't want to look like a bag of S**t on my sisters wedding day. I have already taken this to my credit card company and will fight all the way to get my money back, I definatly will not let them win.

Does anyone know what the actual address is? As I noticed that is said america but obviously it is not.

Received my dress yesterday - 3 days before my friend's wedding, despite ordering over a month ago and specifically requesting to be delivered 3 weeks before the day in case I need to alter something.The website responded to say they will deliver 2 weeks before the wedding... so much for that promise! The dress is hideous, I would not wear it to the grocery store let alone a special event! The stitching is appalling, whoever made it, has no idea how to saw clothes. Besides it's too long despite them asking my height in advance and the height of the shoes I'll be wearing.The rest of the fitting is far from being standard size 8.
Have emailed them and complained and the resolution they offer is to take my measurements and a picture in the dress and email this to them, so that they can send me another dress at a discounted price! Why would anyone in their right mind pay for another disgustingly made dress?!
I am hoping for some assistance from Paypal as they are normally very good with buyer protection.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM PERIOD! I ordered my dresses 6 weeks ago for my destination wedding. I have been emailing them for weeks about the shipping date. They have been telling me the dresses will arrive the first week of May and not to worry about it. The first week of May came and went and no dresses so I emailed them and told them I did not get my dresses yet and that I was flying out to my wedding on the 12th of May. They emailed me back saying the dresses would be shipped out Monday (I am leaving Wednesday) and I should receive the dresses by the 13th! I cannot believe this, days before the wedding and I am stuck with no dresses for my bridesmaids. Please whatever you do, do not make the mistake of ordering from these people. They have ruined my wedding and they will ruin yours too!

They are constantly changing shipping dates, can't seem to receive order confirmations when they are sent out SEVERAL times, and for some reason can't seem to make a CORRECT ORDER. I can't wait to get the RIGHT dress and NEVER have to deal with these people again. I love the way the neglect to tell you on the site that they are NOT in the United States and the only way you can get on line customer service is if you are running on Chinese time.

Let me first say that "YOU DO NOT WANT TO DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY". I had a problem with my envelopes and response cards. It took me forever to contact someone with my problem. They were closed down for a spring festival. I was understanding of that and asked that they help to resolve my problem as soon as possible. After several emails and no return phone calls later I had to pay them to reprint my response cards and to send me envelopes without any printing. They sent me my response card but no envelopes. The color of the writing was wrong and I paid them to fix it. I had posted my rating on the computer and they had the nerve to ask me to take it down. What business would ask anyone to retract a rating? I would have said how great they were about going out of the way to fix my order however they didn't. You would be a fool to order from them. I know I feel like a fool. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Warning to all brides!

Do not purchase a wedding dress or bridesmaid dresses from this website. They advertise beautiful brand name dresses on their website at reasonable prices however the imitation dresses they make in China are terrible and look nothing like the dresses on the webiste. In addition, they are dishonest and do not care about customer satisfaction. They promised a refudn if I shipped the dress back to China which I did and they have not refunded me and refuse to respond to my e-mails. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE! Lori
