I ordered my prom dress in january and havent received it yet. I would like to have it soon incase i need alterations and need to get my accessories! Thanks

We ordered 3 bridesmaid dresses jackets and 1) they do not resemble picture. 2) the waists, and lengths are all wrong, so none of them fit. 3) jackets don't work either. Anyway, initally response was reasonable from VPonsale that they wanted to do whatever to help resolve the problem. As requested, sent photos proving dresses did not fit and were not the proper length. Also as requested, checked with 2 seamstresses, who said the dresses were un-alterable. Since I have passed this information on to VP onsale they are not taking phone calls or replying to emails. Will do whatever is takes for full refund including return shipping as their web site states. Wish I checked these reviews first and never placed the order. Planning for a wedding is busy and expensive enough without adding in this issue.
