Je suis extrêmement déçue par mon expérience avec Volotea, et plus particulièrement par la gestion déplorable de ma demande par leur service client. Voici les faits:

J'avais souscrit à l'essai gratuit de Megavolotea Plus avec l'idée de profiter des avantages annoncés, notamment la possibilité de modifier mes vols sans frais supplémentaires. J'ai tenté de modifier un vol prévu initialement pour le 28 février afin de le déplacer au 24 février. Le prix affiché sur le site officiel était similaire, ce qui aurait dû logiquement éviter tout surcoût. À ma grande surprise, un supplément de +50 euros par billet (pour un total de 2 billets) m'a été facturé.

En contactant le service client, on m'a donné une explication incohérente, évoquant des "taxes" et affirmant que les prix affichés sur le site ne s'appliquent pas aux membres Megavolotea. Cela n'a aucun sens, et malgré mes tentatives pour obtenir des clarifications, mes messages sont restés sans réponse, bien que je puisse voir qu'ils ont été lus.

Non seulement mes explications ont été ignorées, mais aucune vérification n'a été effectuée sur mon dossier. Je n'ai reçu ni solution ni communication claire pour résoudre ce problème.

Une perte de temps considérable
J'ai dû répéter pendant 3 jours les mêmes justifications, alors que la situation aurait pu être réglée rapidement si le service client avait fait preuve d'écoute et de professionnalisme.

En tant que cliente fidèle, je m'attendais à un traitement respectueux et à un support digne de ce nom. Malheureusement, j'ai été confrontée à un manque total de réactivité, de considération et d'empathie.

Conclusion
Je déconseille vivement Volotea, et tout particulièrement leur abonnement Megavolotea Plus, à quiconque souhaite une expérience fluide et un service client fiable. Leur gestion des demandes est désastreuse, et leur plateforme manque cruellement de transparence et de fiabilité.

Si vous recherchez une compagnie qui respecte ses clients et tient ses engagements, je vous invite à chercher ailleurs.

VOLOTEA never ceases to disappoint! They an awful and dishonest airline! They took our cabin approve luggage which I paid for online. The stewardess took it almost by force on the flight from Milan to Olbia, for no reason what so ever.

Rude, making up new regulations as they go (apparently Italy implemented new regulations), they threaten their customers of disorder when one only wants what one has paid for. You can see the staff is mostly bitter from being argued with constantly, because the airline website is built as such as to trick passengers on selling them extra services they will not honour on the flight.

The worse of the worse! What an awful, cheap, vindictive company.

I was physically assaulted by two employees of Volotea Airlines in Palma de Mallorca airport in Spain and denied boarding when I didn't want to pay an illegal extra fee of 50 Euros for my cabin bag. My cabin bag was in the accepted range of their company's regulations and was free of charge (My bag is (40x19x15)cm and Volotea allowed cabin baggage is (40x30x20)cm). These Volotea employees didn't speak good English and yelled at me and shoved me around saying PAY or GO, PAY or GO! I told them to call the police because I wanted to complain about it. They didn't call the police and said there's no way I could get on this flight unless I pay. Even though I didn't understand Spanish, they were shouting in Spanish and pushing and shoving me like two Gestapo Nazi police officers. I am sorry to say, but even animals are more civilized than these two women. They were extremely rude and physical, and I am a woman with 1.55 cm body height. It wasn't called for.
I waited there for 30 minutes and the plane was about to take off, and they were still not letting me go. They deliberately wanted me to miss the plane. I had a connecting flight to Sardinia and I couldn't miss the plane, so I had to pay. Even though I paid the fee, they didn't let my cabin bag to stay in the cabin, so I almost missed my flight to Sardinia. I flew all over the world with the same little cabin bag and this was the first time something like this happened to me. In that same trip I carried the same cabin bag with 4 different airlines (Ryanair, Pegasus, Blueair, Turkish Airlines) and I have the tickets to prove it. I complained to the company about the incident and also asked for a refund but they said there's nothing they can do. This was completely illegal action. Worst Airline Ever!

Flight Athens (ATH) -> Heraklion (HER)
They grab your credit card details when you book for a flight, and then every month they charge you for 50 euros. Apparently when you download the tickets from their website you are subscribed to some megavolotea membership automatically. The only alternative is to print the tickets on airport (20+ euros), but they don't have desks on all airports, and you can't find out before visiting the airport.
And if that was not enough, the plane had 1.5 hour delay.

Flight Heraklion (HER) -> Athens (Ath)
Another friend had an even worse experience, the plane never came, they were not informed, only after the departure time... and he only got refund for 1 of the 3 tickets he had booked, after 3 months...

This company is common thieves, nothing better.

Beware of this airline. Very dishonest. Used my credit card for annual subscription without authorisation or request from me.

I flied with Volotea for the first time in September, from Italy to Greece and back. I didn't have big expectations as the flights were almost ridiculously cheap, even though it was still high season. What I got was a very pleasant surprise: the airline was punctual, and the crew on board was very nice and courteous (this is starting to become a rarity nowadays).
I would definitely fly Volotea again. I hope they will expand their destinations in the future.
My experience with them was very positive.
