This product was purchased from instagram. The shoes are horrible looking and they look like something you would see in a custom store. The merchandise is not remotely close to the items pictured on the website. Save yourself the disappointment and trouble of returning once received and don't buy from these people. Plastic shoes are for clowns!

Do not buy from this company. I purchased a pair of shoes advertised as leather. It took over four weeks to get them delivered. They arrived squashed into a small packet and they haven't even seen the hide of a cow! I contacted the company and they refuse to take responsibility for false advertising. They offered a pitiful 20% refund to me

My shoes are cute in style but the quality of the shoe is very poor. I can see the glue in every place they put the shoe together. The picture shows the shoe material looking like rubber but when I got it, it is plastic. There is a large gap between my heel and the back of the shoe making a "C" shape where the shoe zips.
I contacted customer service and asked how to return it. They asked my concerns and said the shipping fee to return is over 30 USD so they want me to keep it and give me back 10%. It's not worth it because that's almost the cost of the shoe. I don't believe any of this is on their website (the material of the shoe, return policy).

The shoes looked great online and I was a little apprehensive about them and worried if I did not like them the return would be next to impossible. When the arrived I opened the box and what I saw was a terrible version of an Italian Loafer that looked so cheap I actually laughed. Knowing I would have an impossible time returning them I have to mark this as a loss and never purchase online from one of these unknown companies ever again.

A one star rating is far too generous. This is a poor excuse for a company. It is not reputable, period. Once you place an order, it never arrives and your bank or credit card Co gives you the hardest time for a refund.

I purchased two pair of shoes over thirty days ago. The tracker says that the order was placed but no further update. I reached out via email and it wasn't until I mentioned refund/cancel my order that I got a response and very quickly within a matter of minutes and I had reached out several times prior to that. The responder brushed me off so I threatened to cancel my order via PayPal and my bank. Now they have said they will cancel but I will only receive $40 back of my total amount paid if I choose to cancel. The customer service or lack there of is laughable. After reading these reviews, I will admit that I feel stupid. These unprofessional rinky dink companies make it hard to trust online purchases. I won't let this one bad apple ruin it for the bunch but if you are considering buying ANYTHING from this company, please reconsider.

I purchased these plastic shoes that were nothing like the snake skin shoes that I ordered. They were very evasive with me emails but fortunately, PayPal was able to intervene and demanded that I was fully refunded.

I made an order for 2 dresses on June 16th 2021. From their sister company or other scam site they have called safevogue. I have been emailing since and have requested a refund for months now. Never have received my order or my refund.

DON'T BOTHER ORDERING the only you'll get is frustration!

All the shoes that i received from you all were very cheap looking and made out of cheap materials not the same ones from the website and on Facebook. I wouldn't recommend you'll to anyone.

Same for me. I ordered shoes and they sent me socks. When I finally received a reply to my email, they said they could either give me a full refund if I returned the merchandise to them (in China, at my cost, with no guarantee that they would ever receive it) or receive a partial (33%) refund if I kept the wrong merchandise. After numerous emails, I agreed to the refund but it never happened. They kept saying that they processed the refund but it never appeared. They kept promising to check with their finance department but, as of this date, still no refund and they no longer respond to my emails. Thankfully, my credit card company was able to give me the same % refund because I was able to supply them with the order number, item name and number, and proof of payment. Good thing I kept everything and documented all correspondence.

My orders iD WZQ*******. Please I confirm my orders number. This company is fake scam company don't orders anything put your credit card or debit card. I have ordered 2 Months now never send my orders or refund my money. I send them emails each day, they send fake emails back to me saying that they have refund me back to my account, is lies. To now 17/04/21 I never hear back from them all refund me back. My bank account departments take the cases seriously to fraud department to register the company on data based fraud and scam advertising shops scam in uk. Please don't trust any positive reviews on this website is not reals or true. Is to brainwashed you to orders and steal your details on your money. Please continue watching charnel news I am going to exepose in live on my work television and YouTube, Facebook others. U can't seen all the Evidence on the pictures. And the orders number. DO NOT order from this company! I ordered a pair of shoes for my wedding and when I received them I was VERY unsatisfied. The quality of the shoes were so poor that the flea market prob has better shoes, and that is not a fabrication. The jewels were glued on by superglue and you can see it, more then just a few jewels have already fallen off (and I haven't worn them) the peep is cut back on the toe not up, the top of the peep toe is creased and and won't lay flat, where the tap on the heel meets the fabric is fraied and coming out, and the sole of the shoe is peeling up. Needless to say you do not want them! Ive emailed the company and sent pictures, but they won't take them back. I have now filed a dispute with my credit card company and they are going me my money back. Such a hassel that you don't need when planning a wedding!

They take the money, never send the items or respond to enquiries.
Beware of this rip off scam sham company.
