I ordered on May 15th a pair of shoes. After contacting the company on May 27th, I was put off for 7-10 days before they would ship from the warehouse. I tried to cancel the order which they could not do as per their cancellation policy. I received notification on June 23rd that my shoes were shipped and would arrive in 10-20 days via Fedex. I assumed when I ordered, they had the shoes in stock. I did not receive the shoes until July 3rd --49 days later delivered by the Post Office. Now I cannot get my foot through the opening into the shoe. If I return the shoes to China, it costs just short of the cost of the shoes. With their refund policy I feel no one can be guaranteed a complete refund. I was forced to accept a 15% refund. If you order from this company READ their return policy first. I would not recommend ordering from this company.

Ordered a pair of boots from them for more than $100, a month later I have not received the package or heard from these crooks. Nuke China!

What was online and what they sent are radically different. Don't get scammed like I did. Do not buy.

You will not receive what you order. This site is a complete scam. They will keep you thinking your order is coming, but trust me, it's not.

In March 2010, we purchased a pair of shoes online and when we received our pair of shoes paid for they were the wrong shoe. We have sent numerous emails complaining about this but they are now avoiding and not replying to our emails. We have told them via email numerous times that they sent us the wrong pair of shoe but have not been able to settle this dispute because they will not take responsibility for their mistake. They advertise on their website that 100% money back guarantee if not happy with the purchase. All we are asking for is the correct pair of shoe or if not our money back. What type of business does this? Avoiding our emails and not responding to a customer complaint. They are not taking responsability for sending the wrong pair of shoes. I would like to let everyone that to be extra careful when purchasing anything from this website. vogue-shoes.com. Please i would not purchase anything from them. If they would take responsibility for sending us the wrong pair of shoes well then i would have positive feedback to say but 4 months later and still no reply to reslove this dispute.
