I am certain these people are not honest. They advertise free delivery but I paid $75. I wrote special delivery instruction in the appropriate box. They advertise that I will get an email and phone call before delivery. Neither happened. The A. C. was delivered next door. I am 67 and there is no way I can carry it.

I called an complained and they said UPS would come back and bring it to my home. They never did. I called and spend at least 1 1/2 hours on the phone, got disconnected twice and no one called back.

I will never shop with them again!

They charge your credit card right away and I did not get the product within their time frame. It took much longer. Then I ordered the size I ALWAYS take and the shoes are too big. Now if I return them, I have to pay shipping to China and there are no guarantees as to when I'll get a new product. I will toss this up to never ordering things through FaceBook!
