Do not trust them, they hide charges and will overcharge you for tickets that are way cheaper elsewhere. 100% worst ticket website out there!
Hi Jeff, we strive to help you make a fully informed purchase with us, and for this reason the fees are shown all at once after determining if we need to charge sales tax based on your billing address location (some local and state laws require that sales tax is charged based on the venue location, others require it based on your billing address). Showing all applicable fees at this step of checkout once you provide payment details helps to reduce any confusion about the final price. You're also given all the details about your tickets and the purchase at the final step for your review before you submit your order. The ticket price (what you see when browsing, before fees) is the asking price set by the person who listed their tickets for sale.

I had an extremely unpleasant experience using VividSeats. Around Christmastime, I ordered two tickets for a play in January for me and my mother to attend. I never received the tickets via email by the time I was told I would, so I had to call VividSeats and speak with an associate the day before the play. The man told me that the seller probably would not have the tickets by the end of the day, so he recommended that I cancel my order. I told him that I wanted to wait until later that day just in case. When I called back later that day to check on the status of the order, the seller still did not have the tickets, so the same man that I spoke to earlier cancelled my ordered for me. He confirmed that my order was cancelled and that I would be refunded within the next few days. Three weeks passed and I never got my refund. I paid $180.
I emailed the service team about my issue, and the customer support associate responded saying that I did not get reimbursed because my order was never cancelled because they never received a call back from me when I did, in fact, call back to cancel it. I felt disrespected as a customer when they told me that I did not call back. They were not accommodating or considerate to me as a paying customer who did not receive quality, dependable service. They essentially blamed me for the issue. They ultimately cancelled my order and promised a reimbursement in the next few days after I corrected their mistake. I did not appreciate their unprofessional and disrespectful response when I requested help with the issue. I will never use VividSeats again and will warn my friends who buy concert tickets often.
