I've actually used vista-print several times for business cards, postcards, note pads and recently ink stamps. They are surprisingly good quality products for the price and their promotional offers are competitive to other sites. Take your time with designs and pay a fraction more for gloss finish it improves the overall quality of cards. Delivery has always been very good, sometimes earlier than expected.
Absolutely shocking customer service. I ordered 3 window stickers with the adhesive on the image side but they came with the adhesive on the back. They were reordered by Vistaprint five times and I ended up with 18 stickers in total, all with the adhesive on the wrong side. Vistaprint said they were investigating but then I didn't hear anything from them. I kept asking for updates and got no response. I last heard from them on 21/08/24. I then contacted them on 23/08/24 and said I wanted to make a formal complaint to get all of my money back. After me repeatedly contacting them by email, they keep ignoring me. Very unprofessional and I will never use them again.
Absolutely Great Customer Service and would recommend to anyone. Very satisfied with my business cards. Website is friendly user, the price is very low and with a fast delivery. Thank you again for everything.
I have bought cards from Vistaprint several times for various reasons, entrepreneurial work, consulting etc., I have always been satisfied. Thing is if you want your cards faster, then like anything else, you must pay for it. :)
They are unprofessional mismanaged and a low level service company. I have nothing good to say about them. They dont know what they are doing over there. They will mess you up with your business needs. I say stay away from them. Maybe they will get it if people stop using them. Because with my experience they dont get it or even care about the customers experience. Totally negative feedback for them.

Print quality is mediocre. Shipping time is always longer than expected. Constant upselling makes the site difficult to impossible to use. *New* ads are added when you make a purchase, trying to scam you into "discount" memberships or other things that will harvest your data. Customer service is slow, and interacting with them is even worse. Companies that operate this way SHOULD NOT be rewarded with your money. Many alternatives exist in local print shops and other online providers. Avoid VistaPrint at every opportunity.
I've used Vistaprint for well over 15 years. From personal to business the quality has always been great. One of the really special things about them is how many times they've redone work for me, after I made a mistake and the items were printed, and redid them at no charge. Not even shipping. I love how easy their system is to use too. Now, they don't offer large printing areas on their swag, that's a fault, I admit. But everything I've ever had printed has been great. Wedding invitations, flyers, brochures, etc. I've done many. They are cost efficient too. I always start with them when looking to customize. Then if they can't do what I want, I'll go elsewhere. Never fails.

Use their people for help. They are great and help with all the technical stuff.

I've used Vistaprint.com (vistaprint.co.uk in the UK) several times – good website, fairly easy to set up your own design if you want something different from the templates, and their prices are excellent. Delivery took about a week. I was quite happy with the quality – especially at the price.
They have branched out into posters, gifts, bags, and now internet marketing. They claim 9 million customers worldwide.
The only downside is that once you are a customer you get an almost daily email with 'special offers'. Many 'free offers' but then you pay postage and they'll try to upsell you with other features, express delivery etc. Their prices must be killing local print shops.
Take standard delivery and you can get a very good deal on your printing requirements. Good.
I clicked on a mobile ad for VistaPrint that offered 500 cards at $9.99. The process took me through a plethora of "offers", all designed to increase the billed amount. The shocker, though, was when I was asked to pay an additional $7 for shipping, not express, not standard, but the slowest possible one! Several coupons and offers claimed to take 50% off, but despite all that, I still ended up paying $28 instead.
I learned this the hard way: VistaPrint subscribe to the bad business practice of charging numerous hidden costs and fees.
This is a company that is a part of Google's Trusted Store network, most of which are mostly ethical. Today, most companies display their costs upfront, including shipping, so as to not cause last minute surprises to customers - everything about VistaPrint is against that paradigm. If you're not extraordinarily careful, VistaPrint can easily sneak in additional charges for things that you thought you weren't buying/paying for.
Tip for consumers:
Do not believe their advertised prices - they will sneak in charges, fees and shipping costs that increase the rates by 2 to 4 times.
I ordered from vista print.com several times, and always used their promos, so it came out pretty inexpensive. The last order was 3 sets of premium business cards which came in nice bright colors and were shipped fast. No disappointment here. I used "buy $60 and get $30 off" promotion, and paid around $50 for the whole thing including delivery. The annoying things are the add-ons at the end of every order, but on the other hand they offer things you wouldn't know even existed. I also wish they had smaller that 250 minimum amount - I would like just 100 to see if the design is good.
Business card front is not spaced properly, margins are larger on the bottom than the top. Forty five dollars for a second rate product. The stamp I purchased is very small, although on the website it shows it filling up the whole card. It smudges, it's smaller than protrayed, and the lines aren't centered even though I chatted with a customer service rep before ordering. She assured me everything was lined up properly. NOT! If you call customer service, block out a half hour to forty five minutes just to get the person to understand, and not repeat everything to you 10 times when 2 minutes should have done the job. You are much better off going to your local store, dealing with a real person who cares about their job and reputation.

Skip the hassle and shop local

These masks are made very poorly and are extremely thin and flimsy. Not worth the price as I have bought much better masks for less. Made in China but they are not clear about this information. The only thing going for them is you can personalize them if that is more important than protection to you.
Used them for many items, from business cards to banners. Always good results. Not the highest end business cards, but if you want to promote an event, they work. Customer service is usually good, although have had some commuication issues that always get cleared up.
A "go to" site, especially for small "hurry up" orders.
I spent over 90 minutes on phone w rep who said my proof had been corrected. Before she saved it, was disconnected. Called back, spent another 30 min talking w supervisor who again stated it had been corrected and indeed, the proof view looked correct. After paying in full and waiting 2 weeks for this 3rd attempt to get my business thank you cards correct, they arrived wrong again.
What a waste of my time, energy and resources. Not only will I never use them again, I will never refer anyone to their site. It is no wonder they constantly run bargains, as you get what you pay for and it is a junk product. Frustrated, angry and disappointed they have so little respect for their customers.
I ordered small product labels. Needed some help with it and the customer service person ended up ordering me mailing labels. I did notice it before completing order called back spoke with someone who said sure i can change it to small product labels. And i even added 10 glossy on small product label... they came and were mailing labels. I called for help. Got an email first saying they are really both rounded edges. Which they are not. And sorry for the problem. Lol. Then i responded and someone else got back to me and said look in your history it says product labels. So that is what we sent. Talk about passing the buck. I responded to him and nobody even bothered. That is crummy service.
Vistaprint is a great place to get cheap business cards, post cards, car magnets, and and just about anything else you can think of personalized with your business or personal information. They have tons of templates to choose from, and they make the designing process very easy. I like that there are always online coupons for this compnay, and shipping cost isn't unreasonable. I've ordered from them at least a dozen times over the years and have always been satisfied. The cheaper cost doesn't mean cheaper quality.
Ordered 1 thing - a mask. Basic. Easy. You might think they could project a delivery date. Nope. Logged onto UPS to find the delivery status of my order thinking it would be(!) on their expected delivery date at order. It was not. Customer service was essentially saying due to COVID well there are delays - sorry we didn't tell you. Sorry VistaPrint, COVID has been here a while now and you failed to meet expectations... bummer for me I guess. Will look local for printing and mask(!) needs!
I, like other reviewers, got sucked in by Vista Print's "free" items. The age old saying, that nothing in life is truly free applies to Vistaprint.com. They try to get you to upgrade and add all kinds of items into the cart. The cards I ended up ordering cost a lot in shipping and handling to deliver, so no they were not "free". The business cards were okay and Vista sticks their own advertising for their company on each back of the free cards. The address ink stamp that I ordered was plastic and flimsy. If you are looker for quality printing you may want to stick with a local printer or other card companies that guarantee their premium cards. Vistaprint.com also spams your email inbox with multiple sales pitches.
The website will take you FOREVER to upload anything. It literally never works and has ruined our production time as a company because of their new "upgraded" website that incorporates more javascript. The whole thing is a piece of $#*!. Its so frustrating to use them!

Vistaprint is perhaps the worst company I have ever had the misfortune enough to stumble across. Terrible customer service, an extreme lack of organization, and perhaps the worst quality control department that I have ever encountered. Please, for the love of god, I hope they go out of business within the next couple of years. Initially, we ordered 500 booklets from them, which arrived horribly misprinted, then, after calling and getting a re-order, we received some else's order, (500 random booklets) and then, after many calls, they finally said they would re-ship and give us a refund for our pain and suffering. Guess what? They never even shipped out the booklets, and when we called (the booklets now being a month off schedule) they told us that there was no record of our purchase! VistaPrint is genuinely an atrociously poor run company, and please, please, choose a different printer. Save yourself a few gray hairs and thousands of dollars. Screw you, Vista Print.

I had a bad experience with your company. I was sent an invitation to review my experience with your company. So I did, giving it a one star rating and explained that you cancelled my order with no explanation or communication letting me know it was cancelled. I just got an email saying it didn't meet your guidelines for publication. Isn't that convenient. No explanation WHY it didn't meet your guidelines. You can't cover up your negative reviews. Or hide from bad customer service. You could have tried to contact me to see about fixing the issue, but you rather pretend it didn't happen. Your company ethics stink.
Although the prices seem cheap, the 'premium' business cards are really bad quality and badly printed, and you have to pay extra to have them sent to you in less than a month which is really bad.
Also they're like ryanair, they charge you for using your own design and loads of extra charges so the end result isn't the promised price.
I was also bombarded with marketing emails, which were very annoying.
Wouldn't buy from them again.
I helped a friend of mine order business cards online through this site. They were okay but felt a little thin and cheap. They were cheap as far as the price goes, so I think he got what he paid for. We just expected them to be a little better in quality. For business cards, I'd recommend a local place instead so you know what you're getting for sure. I'm sure if we did an upgrade of some sort, the quality probably would have been better at a higher price.
This is just my opinion based on helping a friend with a recent order through vistraprint.com
A very good site, with a simply navigation mode to find what you're looking for.
Easy to upload graphic works to apply on t-shirt, mugs, cards and many, many other objects.
You can gain some discount after the first order.
Rapid delivery and good quality on printing.
I'm a buyer since at least 8 years.
I have used Vistaprint for my business cards, marketing supplies and even my online website and everything has been seamless and beautiful. Designing my website with their platform was very easy and the options for designs are outstanding as compared to other sites. Their site is very user friendly and customer service is very helpful, respectful. It is a great company to do business.
Tip for consumers:
You can go wrong with this company. So many design options or you can use your own jpegs for your supplies. They are the best.

I'm sorry to say, but I'm very disappointed after my first order from Vistaprint placed order for 4 sets of business cards, paid for the 3 day delivery. Cards were needed for a presentation, but they never arrived. I called customer service, but they were not able to tell me what happened - cards were not printed. I'm not sure if I would like to use this company again.
I paid nearly $30 for shipping alone for business cards that would arrive by today and they said it would be delayed.I needed it for a conference, so all the money I spent on business cards is useless.
I would not recommend this company. I tried calling to file a complaint and they told me I could leave a comment on the survey after I finished with that employee representative. The phone call abruptly ended after that, there was no option to leave my feedback.
Again, I don't recommend
