I wanted to order cosmetic contacts from Visionpros. When I was ready to pay for the order, on the very last payment frame, I noticed they had added an 'insurance' charge, which added an extra 25% to my total. This was done without informing me beforehand. When I contacted them, they said the charge is mandatory, no 'opt out' option. Sounds like a rip off to me. Would not order from them.
Some items are listed as NON-STOCK ITEMS
Which means that they have to order it from somewhere else
And then wait for it to arrive before shipping it to you
Which may take 2-3 weeks Before they ship to you

Do not pay for express shipping
Because you will not receive your order in 2-3 days

Manulife will not reimburse for insurance or delivery. Probably the same with most insurance companies. It would be helpful if you could not show those charges as separate line items on your receipts.
So far it has been easy, let's see how quickly they truly get shipped after paying nearly 14 to ship them (kind pricey for shipping, but if fast, I will not mind). Will def reuse your company for future orders.

I used to pay 200$ for 2 boxes of 6 contact lenses in each box and with this website it saved me over 100$! Why are eye doctors so expensive? I recommend getting an eye exam and they will give you your eye prescription then order contacts off of here.

What really stood out was your return policies, which sound almost to good to be true not that I anticipate any problems. Just a few weeks ago I purchased a very expensive pair of contacts ($250) from Alden Optical, via my optometrist. After checking out their website I realized my doctor had really cheated me. All I received was a basic green color lens with nothing else added to enhance them. I'm sure Alden is a very reputable company, and they will be notified of my experience.
The optometrist insisted that the green lenses were as close as Alden could come to my old Ever-Green Focus color by Ciba Vision. Actually Alden matches all kinds of discontinued colored lenses. And, yes, I am very happy with my Pure Hazel lenses from you. Almost afraid to see what the Gemstone Green will be like. Then I may have a problem choosing which ones to order next time. The prices are unbeatable, I loved that I didn't need a prescription since I have one that's expired and my eyesight has not changed. I received the same exact lenses I've always purchased at the optometrist. Shipping took obviously a bit longer than if ordered locally so just order before you run out. The price for this quality was well worth the little wait.
Ordered several pairs of glasses, great prices. Each pair arrived within days with regular delivery. Very happy with their services thus far.

Great service, same contacts I always get. I ordered from here because every other place requires a new prescription every year; even though I have continued to use the same brand, same power etc. My prescription was a few weeks over due & I needed new contacts right away. I do have say that the prices are MUCH higher than you would pay anywhere else & on top of that i think shipping was an additional $20 or so. Still worth it; not having to deal with the hassle of setting up yet another dr apt., another eye exam for the same script & then sending script to a place like 1800 contacts, waiting for them to do their verification & then finally getting contacts.
I will order from here again.
Very satisfied, but as the exterior temperature in Montreal was minus 20°C on last Friday's late afternoon, when the package was delivered at my door, what I have expected just happened: more than five contact lenses on eighteen were frosted.
I hope the lenses won't be damaged by the frost.
During the cold winter, for those who live in eastern provinces, a special care for the packaging and shipping should be considered.
Quick and easy- site was very easy to navigate.However, next time I will probably get overnight or 2 day delivery. Not your fault- too many stops with the USPS in between my address and visionpros- too many places where things may get lost -I supervised a warehouse for 8 years ;).

Follow up: I am very pleased with my order, when ordering I worried about the colors I had chose, however the price left room for chance. These contact look natural but with my light eye color the change for me was not what I wanted. The contacts made my color appear slightly darker than my natural eye color.I am very surprised with vision clarity. I will definitely order again, and refer them to others as well. Thank you!
Experience was good. If the item is delivered as expected, then i would have literally no complaints. It is so dumb how US companies require you to give contacts prescription. Why should you have to do an eye exam every year?
