So easy, fast and exactly what I needed; without a current prescription. My vision hasn't changed in 16 years but I was forced to get annual eye exams until I found visionpros. I'm happy and telling everyone I know.

Maybe just a bit cheaper would be amazing but otherwise thank you for not requiring a doctors approval. I have had my prescription checked every year til this year but for some reason even though my prescription hasn't changed in 6 years I have to have it in order to get new contacts in the us. When everyone knows after age 21 chances of your prescription changing is very low.

My prescription hasn't changed in YEARS! With a new baby, I don't have time to go in every year for an exam. This website made ordering contacts with a prescription that's "overdue" so easy and convenient. Will def be ordering from here again!

The insurance is unclear. I was given the impression last time I ordered by one of your sales reps that any damage to the package in handling or shipment would be covered. Also, I must say, the increase in price this year is much higher than the inflation rate, which makes me wonder if you really are offering the best price you can...?

Very easy to use the website, the package shipped and arrived very quickly.
The contact case that was sent to me was a bit defective but that's not really the fault of vision pros. I have a few at home so it's alright.

Took a long time to get here.
Would have helped if there was a tracking number, so that I could look it up.
Called twice, but never got to speak with a person even though I called during business hours.
Felt in the dark.
Product finally arrived - it was perfect.

My only complaint so far is that the shipping was really expensive, much more so than with some other companies (some even do free shipping sometimes)

After having received my order (in a professional and timely fashion), my comment is still the same. I am satisfied with the company and services but would be hesitant to purchase from them again unless there was some better deal on shipping.

The service was fine; the contacts took longer to arrive due to some error with Canada Post. Customer Service opened up an inquiry with them for me; I'm happy to say that the contacts just showed up yesterday out of the blue and were left (oddly) in front of my apt door-- there's never been an issue with delivery before but this time was a little strange. I got my items as ordered and on time. I have had one contact lens to tear right out of the package but that is not unusual, it happens and I don't blame VisionPros for that. I'm happy and will order again.

I reordered my contacts with ease. The site itself could use a little bit of an update, but it could just be that I'm using my cell to place the order. Contacts came in about 5 days. Which is good based on the time of year.

Super easy to order, delivered quickly, packaged very well. Price is great, and was really happy to find my contacts with these guys! Plan to use Visionpros on a regular basis to keep my contact lenses in stock and never run out!

Fast shipping even though it was the week before Christmas so I was very pleased with that. Boxes seem to be the authentic product and are marked with my correct prescription but I haven't worn any of these lenses yet so can't comment if the quality is the same as this brand that I ordered previously through my optometrist.
