I order 4 boxes Turquoise color

I order 4 boxes Turquoise color.
Just yesterday I opened the 1st box as I was going out for the 1st time since covid. I was very desapointed as the contact lenses, did not make any change on my eyes color. I have dark eyes and it seems I should have chosen a lighter color. I feel so sad and hope if I can exchange the 3 box left unopened, totally sealed as I received them with a different lenses.
Please reply and help as I do not want to throw them away

I purchased contact lenses from this company. Three of the lenses have torn, upon placing them in my eye. I filed a complaint with the company and requested a refund in the amount of $55.74 or replacement of the lenses. The company required me to contact the 3rd party in which they source the lenses from. The 3rd party refused to reimburse me, and therefore Visionpros refused my request to replace or refund me of my money. I do not believe I should have been required to contact their manufacture for the replacement of my lenses, as my money and correspondence has been with VisionPros. Vision pros required me to produce a prescription to replace or refund my lenses. I have no prescription, because their website advertises no prescription needed. This is false advertising, and misleading to the consumer. Their redemption process is very time consuming and stressful. I purchased the lenses under the assumption that I would receive a good product, with no prescription required. Instead, I received a faulty product, that could have damaged my eye, with no remorse or reimbursement from VisionPros.

Pretty good; convenient

Pretty good; convenient. Seems secure. Worked for me. Delivery came on time and everything was in excellent condition. Shipping is a little high but it's worth it to get what I need without having to go back to the doctor. I'll probably order from this company again.

Just learned about your site

Just learned about your site. Previously used Clearly but they price gouged with shipping and extra fees.

Update: I ordered on a Tuesday and contacts were here the following Monday. Package was complete no issues. I'll be ordering from VisionPros again.

Pretty good
April 21, 2014

Pretty good. Using Canada Post may be an issue - even though the package said "do not safe drop", it was left unprotected, in cold weather, at my door (they didn't even knock or ring the bell). I found it there 6 hours after I got the email notification from Canada Post saying it had been delivered. I have complained to CP about that. If you get similar comments from others, you may need to consider alternate delivery companies.

Unfair/Dissapointed

Order # 745-******* "I have ordered many contacts from this site before most of them have been fine, but the last pair i bought were pacific blue, supose to be very light color, my eyes are brown, i have ordered many others that the color will show nicely and they didn't have such bright name, also in the pictures appear as a very bright pacific bluee. Well i get my contacts after two weeks, thank god it didn't take a month to get here like last time i ordered, even paying for 3 day shipping smh, i put one contact on and the color wont show at ALL! Waste of 63 dollars since they wont return my money back or at least let me exchange for another color. I am very dissapointed! Is not fair! If i dont like a product i should be able to at least return it and choose something else, If you have brown eyes dont get pacific blue! The color wont show at all! Even though it looks very light and bright in the pictures. Will be a waste of your money!" costumer service at vision pros do not care if you are happy with your order, all they want is the sale! Very unfair!

Pricing should be clearer at the beginning, for smaller orders and shipping, costs etc. Comparison shopping would be much easier. You're just lucky that by the time I got to this site I was fed up with the process... and decided to buy here. Your shipping prices are exorbitant. The one little box I bought could go into a business sized envelope and sent for much less. I don't have any money to waste. Maybe others do, but I don't.
Totally satisfied with the product.

You know what they all say, first impressions counts, I was really excited with my purchases because the prices were a few dollars lower than other retailers. However, my overall experience was not so good. My order was late and they had poor customer service.

Why not just have an ongoing percentage off on orders over $100 and free shipping instead of all these different coupon codes? Two days after I placed my order I received a better sales promotion and a few days later, an even better Thanksgiving sale.

My order was delayed in shipping due to a back-order, which is understandable but very disappointing because I wanted to bring them for my holidays.

I was disappointed that it took more than a week for my contacts to arrive, especially since your shipping is usually very fast. I called customer service twice to find out if my contacts had been shipped/were going to be shipped soon, because the online tracking service said that they were "preparing for shipment" for multiple days. The woman who took my calls was very vague about where the contacts were and when they would be sent out. I'm usually very impressed by your shipping and service, so this was really disappointing. I will probably look elsewhere next time I'm running low on contacts.

We're this the first time shipment had been delayed, I would simply overlook the matter. But the fact is that out if my last three orders, two were delayed by weeks. I, like most people, depend on my contacts to see. Vision is critical. An unexpected delay of weeks is completely unacceptable.

Youre lens contact are cheap but you cheat People in the checkout process. 13 dollars of shipping for something That should be 5 and then 3 dollars extra for something that i Will never use. Im Just buying bc an emergency. Never buy here again.

Recieved survey but still have not received my contact lens order. Wish the website would show my order and status, even if it stated delayed. I have to call everyday as not even an email update notifying of delays.

The contacts I purchased were extremely poor quality. The first time I put the contacts in, less than 5 minutes they dried out so bad that I blinked and one of the contacts bunched up and slid underneath my eye lid. When I tried to get it out it tore into pieces and I almost had to go to the hospital in order to get the pieces out. These contacts dry out extremely fast and do not hold moisture. I've never had such terrible quality in all of my years of wearing contacts. I will never buy from this site again.

Prices for contacts were okay but the shipping cost is outrageous and to have an additional insurance charge is ridiculous.
$13.95 for shipping on one single box is outrageous and should get the product to me without incurring an additional insurance charge. Also, since I ordered only one box of contacts the insurance is of no use since it only applies to unopened boxes. I am likely not to reorder here but go back to 1-800-contacts where shipping is usually free.
