When I tried to order with my old account My Cart was over charging me. When I added 2 boxes of contacts the total was $56.00 more than it should have been. When I removed the 2 boxes of contacts and the cart being empty it still said I owed $56.00.
When checking out and the shipping address is different then the billing address those boxes could be easier to navigate.
Found exactly what I needed right away (contacts). The website is convenient and easy to use. Never a bad experience. The free sunglasses/glasses promo was awesome! Keep up the good work.

Les verres de contact freshlook dimensions sont très décevants. La couleur aqua (mer du sud) ne paraît pas du tout dans mes yeux bruns. Si j'avais su qu'ils étaient si transparents, je ne les aurais pas achetés.

Took just slightly longer than expected since I paid for 2 day fedex service. I was told that they weren't in stock and had to be gotten from a warehouse (or other facility) then shipped, so I was expecting it I guess, however not sure i'll pick the FedEx option next time.
They keep ripping when she takes them out.
