Service and on line ordering were a breeze. Product came quickly, however product was not comfortable. Color chart also does not reflect true color of contacts.

Overall, pretty good. The downside, my ex and I tried to order during the same promo. We live in seperate households and I screwed up the address, but they cancelled her order. A bit unprofessional with the resolution. My glasses arrived but my PD is wrong, could be my error though. I hope customer service is easier to deal with now than during my order.
