Satisfied with my purchase. But i have one on order now that i ordered on 12 19 2018 and it only has a shipping label on it why has it not been shipped?
Ordered a coffee mug of a particular theme and received one totally different. Now told it will take 2-3 weeks to resend.
I had purchased the "unbreakable" T-shirt, not expecting very much since I ordered previously smtg similar but for a different occasion. I call this thinks "overpriced memorabilia" to represent the tough times I went trough but came out a winner!
The T-shirt I got surprised me. The quality, the size, actual fit, was according to what was described. Usually the T-shirt I get never are true to the size. A large with fit a medium if not small person. This T-shirt was very nice, fit perfectly. Was delivered sooner than I thought and nicely packaged. I would order anytime from you, just keep up the wonderful job!

I still have not received the t-shirt, I ordered it on December 4th, still hoping it will come today, as it is a Christmas Gift.
Title says it all. The graphic in the ad did not match the end product. Very dificult to read text (black on royal blue). I think that the Navy blue shirt was used instead. Since it is a Christmas gift there is no going back. BOO-HOO. Don't believe what you see.
I ordered my product on December 1st and didn't get it until the 22nd. I called twice and left two emails in hopes to figure out is arrival date but got nothing back. The product I ordered was for a gift. We had to go out of town and weren't able to give it as a gift because we don't know if it was returned.
Very disappointed as I have not receive the mug that I ordered but was charged. This was a Christmas gift that cannot be given now and customer service has ignored 2 previous inquiries.

The shirt writing was very washed out. Difficult to read the teams referenced. Very disappointing. Most likely will return the item.

I ordered a shirt recently for a gift. The shirt I received poorly printed. The letters weren't vivid or clear, it definitely didn't look like how it was presented online. I emailed customer service with pictures to kindly ask for a refund, and no response. First time and last time customer!
I received a sweatshirt and washed before wearing. The decal flakes off after just one wash. I have yet to be able to contact anyone from customer service for a refund.

I placed a large order - large enough that you contacted me to see if it was accurate. I ordered 5 shirts and only received 3. The two that are missing are the most important. Tried to contact you over the weekend and was told you were closed. Who doesn't have staff available at Christmas time to handle this kind of situation?
This company is terrible. Not only did I order a gift for Christmas on December 3rd from them. Here it is December 24th. The only information on the delivery is that the shipping label has been created on December 15th. According to the company they do not have the sweatshirt. Well then they should not have taken any orders! They suck!

If you check the net there are a Lot of Unhappy Viralstyle customers, and I am another one. I also had a bad experience with this Shonky American Company. I was sent the Wrong T Shirt. And a lot of the complaints of Viralstyle relate to people receiving the wrong item, not what they ordered. Basically the problem is this is just a Money Hungary Company. They are More interested in the Mighty Dollar than providing a Decent Service. They have no Morals or Business Ethics. I'll explain, and lets just keep to shirts / tops for the moment. And yes they 'List' a lot of tops, and then add Different sizes, so there is a chance that not every design, type and size will be available. But Viralstyle Never message the buyer to inform them that their ordered top is out of stock / not available and offer the Buyer a refund. This IS their Problem, they Never offer a Refund, Yes the Mighty Dollar Drives this company. So they just send out another Item, and in doing this, acquire another sale, more incoming Money. And When they know they don't have you ordered Item, they put up the Wall to Block you from contacting them etc etc etc I Never got the Conformation Email, are not able to log into Viralstyle, and then tried to use the 'Forgot Password' email service, but that did not work, the Live Chat would not work for me, and was told was temporally out of service. YEP, they just don't want to talk to you, but they are very willing to take your MONEY
