I have yet to receive this item and I ordered it December 6th. When am I going to get this item? I have sent out 3 emails about it!
Looked great but quality is not good. Would not buy again. The lettering seems like it will come off after a few washes. Very thin material and seems like it runs small.

ViralStyle has many things that nobody else has. I found a wonderful gift for my hardest to shop for person, myself, but other people too.
I purchased 2 items on 12/6, they went to print on 12/8 and were supposed to ship on ir about 12/20. My credit card has been charged but as on 12/25 the items gave not shipped.
The mug came with the handle broken. Nobody has answered and I was empty handed on Christmas, yee haw.
I ordered the Harry Potter shirt for my daughter as a Christmas present. Needless to say I didn't get what I ordered. I ended up getting a shirt with the Grinch sitting on a toilet/football helmet. I will NEVER order from here again. I would also like to get what I ordered.
There was a little snag with the usps. They delivered my items to the wrong address. When i tracked it, it said it was delivered on 12/21/18, but i never received it. It was finally delivered just as i was leaving to go to the person who it was for. I know that's not your fault, but just wanted to let you know. The shirts are great!
We love the mug, but are very disappointed that it arrived broken. I would normally blame the delivery guy but there was a small piece of bubble wrap inside that barely covered the mug. I hope to get another one free of charge since my father in law had to open a broken present on Christmas morning.

I was so excited about the design of my shirt because it wasn't offered anywhere else. I was so disappointed when I opened it and the design was not centered and the ink was so light the black shirt shown through. I contacted support and Bryan said this was unacceptable. The communication was timely until I responded to his email asking if I wanted the shirt reprinted or a refund. I responded that I'd like a reprinted shirt, but have not heard back from Bryan whether or not that is happening. I even opened a new support request on the website - still nothing. So, for now, until I get my shirt, the company gets 0 stars from me.
The item was ordered for Christmas but was dated to receive after the holiday, however we received them on the 23rd. I thought that was awesome.
The items were ordered on the site which was very easy to use and they arrived in a timely manner with updates as to the progress of the order.
I order a mug that came almost a week late and was shattered when I opened it. Granted it's the holiday season so the usps could be to blame but first impressions are everything

The mug is what was advertised but it took too long between ordering and receiving and it was quite pricey.
I was disappointed by the images that were screen printed on the tee shirts I bought as XMas gifts, so much so that I did not give them to my sisters as planned. The images were all blended together and bit blurry. Not bright and defined like to pictures online. It really put a damper on XMas for me, esp. Because I had to make a very last minute trip to the stores to replace these gifts.

If you check the net there are a Lot of Unhappy Viralstyle customers, and I am another one. I also had a bad experience with this Shonky American Company. I was sent the Wrong T Shirt. And a lot of the complaints of Viralstyle relate to people receiving the wrong item, not what they ordered. Basically the problem is this is just a Money Hungary Company. They are More interested in the Mighty Dollar than providing a Decent Service. They have no Morals or Business Ethics. I'll explain, and lets just keep to shirts / tops for the moment. And yes they 'List' a lot of tops, and then add Different sizes, so there is a chance that not every design, type and size will be available. But Viralstyle Never message the buyer to inform them that their ordered top is out of stock / not available and offer the Buyer a refund. This IS their Problem, they Never offer a Refund, Yes the Mighty Dollar Drives this company. So they just send out another Item, and in doing this, acquire another sale, more incoming Money. And When they know they don't have you ordered Item, they put up the Wall to Block you from contacting them etc etc etc I Never got the Conformation Email, are not able to log into Viralstyle, and then tried to use the 'Forgot Password' email service, but that did not work, the Live Chat would not work for me, and was told was temporally out of service. YEP, they just don't want to talk to you, but they are very willing to take your MONEY
