Ordered a shirt for a Christmas Gift, shipping was fast and got here on the 24th! Just in time to give "the perfect" gift... will order again! Great quality and everyone loved it.

Could not even see the print on T-shirt and it came on Christmas Eve so no time to get new gift for my friend. They should not offer a dark shirt color is the print does not show up.

The idea of the shirt is very cool, but the printing lacks luster. It is blurry and not very bright on the shirt. The shipping also took a very long time and missed Christmas for my family.

Just as ordered. I was unsure if the shirt would arrive in time for Christmas, but the shirt arrived just in time.

Notice that product shipped Dec 22-as of Jan 1,2019 I have not received. Sent emails and have not had a response

I would never order from this company again. Said I'd have my order before Christmas and just got an email today stating Jan 5th! And their customer service sucks. Don't bother leaving a message or even calling no one gets back to you. I ordered other stuff from Fanatics website and it arrived it 3 days with standard shipping. Seems Iike this company has a little more working out to do as far as delivering what they promise.

I was notified via email that my package had shipped on Dec 22nd and never received it. I ordered it on Dec 10th as the very first Christmas gift for my husband and it has not showed up.

The product was exactly as pictured, good quality, and showed up on time. We are very pleased with our order.

Symbols had spaces in them that did not show on the website.
This was a gift mailed to another state so it was disappointing!

The product was ordered on 12/10 and was guaranteed to arrive by Christmas. It was shipped with plenty of time but must tried to save on shipping. Could not give the gift as my Father in Law left on Christmas night and it arrived the following day. Now I have a Father in Law mug!

I ordered a hoodie with the wording "It's a Brooks thing...". What came said "It's a Roth thing...". My order ID was VSREF8169RLOW, not the one listed on your email. It was ordered on 12/17/18, not 12/22. I called the number on the website and left my order number, name, cell number and email. I am awaiting a response.

My purchase was easy and fast. I received all my product within the allotted time. My family is very happy with their present from me. I would purchase again.

I tried reaching out to you after I saw my order summary. I'm pretty sure I ordered everything correctly double checking, but after I checked out, the order was wrong.
I had requested ladies in Lg, 2 men's in navy.
I received, green & navy in women's large & men's large in black. Any way we can resolve this? Thanks

I ordered once, yet received 2 orders with separate order numbers. I sent one back and I'm waiting to see if I'm refunded for the extra item.

What I don't like is that is a stamp and not a screen print.
If you guy start screen printing I will be a customer for life(your designs are great)

Two t-shirts were ordered and I wasn't expecting them to arrive before Christmas. They printed, shipped quickly, and were delivered the 24th. I was amazed at the fast turn-around and my boys love the shirts! Thank you!

Product came broken. Though it did come before Xmas. It took 7 days to get a relply from customer service and as of t8day situation is still not resolved
