I had an issue with a product. The customer service department was one of the best I have dealt with. As soon as I notified them of the problem, they printed a new shirt and shipped it out very quickly. Great job, by a great company!
The shirt was not sparkling like it showed on the internet... the heart was red sparkles and the shirt I received had no sparkles at all. Was wanting these shirts to wear to the Reds spring training thinking they would stick out... not so much... :(

When I finally got a tracking # it didn't work. 2 days later it arrived. I spent 3 weeks not knowing what was going on with my stuff.
I had issues the minute I placed the order. Found viralstyle on Instagram. I got a message from someone involved in a fund raiser for vets on page I follow. So I asked if there was a website. He messaged back gave me the address and I said I would check it out. I did and bought 2 very poorly printed shirts. The guy who first gave me the info started messaging me back. He was asking me questions in broken english and badgering me because I didn't respond to him. I was immediately suspicious so I reached out to viralstyle to make sure all was on the up and up and noone responded. So I canceled my card I payed with but got confirmation my shirts and they were being printed on the way soon. They came quicker than expected but that was the only bright spot in the whole experience. I've done screen printing. It's not difficult. The printing on the shirts I received looked like a five year old did it. Very blurry and horribly executed. I live in Florida and saw they have a place of business in Tampa. Gonna drive down there and get my frickin money back in person. I am not a happy camper. Anybody wanna reach out to me and make this right I would greatly appreciate it. If not. I'll see them soon.
