I purchased the wall mounted desk and it was missing hardware. The directions say to contact support for replacement parts. Support said that they don't have any replacement parts. I can't give a review of the product since I can't put it together and see how it works.
Don't expect help if you're missing anything.
The reel has really made the task of covering and uncovering much easier. We've only had it a few days so I won't be commenting on the durability. It does seem to be well made though. It was surprisingly easy to assemble and I could not be happier.
