Used vidaXL to fit a new office with furniture. Very pleased with solid wood product that works with industrial look and will last well.
Received intact with all the parts. Installed in about hour and half even though the instructions were basically caveman drawings. So far so good.

I needed 4 extra teak chairs, pronto! For my 60th birthday party. They got here on time and the quality was much better than I expected!

Ordered a child sized wardrobe/dresser for my daughter's room. Two packages A and B arrived in a timely manner (a little beat up, tears in the boxes etc. but could have been the shipping company). Packing was very neat and efficient. Upon laying out all components for assembly (not as high quality wood as I had been lead to believe) I quickly realized there were two pieces missing (One magnetic catch for the wardrobe door and the wooden block which hangs down to hold it). I found the instructions straight forward enough and begin putting it together only to find several pieces were missing pilot holes and others with seemingly random holes with no purpose. Once the main structure was assembled I had to, several times, disassemble and replace pieces I had already handled because a new pieces was off from fitting by a small degree (usually less than a 1/4 of an inch). When assembling the drawers it was much of the same. I had to drill my own pilot holes on several pieces and the grooves for the bottom of the drawers did not line up from side to side causing me to forces the sides and bottom together. When put in place, the assembled drawers were tight and and stuck to the point of not being able to use. I had to pull out the wooden rails and sand them flush and then level them. Still two drawers are just flat out not fitting. I was happy to find small wooden dowels provided to prevent the drawers from being pulled out completely (assuming I could get them to at least slide) only to realized they did not fit in the holes on the drawer sides. Overall very dissatisfied with the experience. Low quality design, execution and components caused a very frustrating several hours (4+) with something that should have taken 2 hours max. The pieces looks good now that its been put in place but the low quality wood is clearly unfinished and in places unsanded. Buyer beware.
Answer: They won't send you one! We tried because my printer was out that's the only way to get one if you print it yourself!
