I can't love more a tv unit! It looks like it made for my house! It came so quick in perfect condition I just put the legs and handles that was ready! Excellent service and reasonable prices! Absolutely loved and will be purchasing more products
The file cabinet is functional. For the price I expected file frame holders. Those did not come with cabinet. I called and asked about that. The response was that someone would contact me in 48 hours. That was weeks ago. The assembly instructions were very difficult to follow. No written instructions. Just very small, blurry, crude drawings. I took me 5 hours and I'm pretty good at assembling stuff. It arrived with dents and scratches. It works so I kept it because it is for my home office.
Received a severely damaged product. After days of failed attempts, I finally got a hold of a customer service representative. They offered to send me two replacements parts when everything needed to be replaced oh and they were so generous to also offer me a 10% discount. While the product was 30% off on the website... When confronted with this fact, customer service stopped replaying to my emails. This company is a SCAM!
I received my order in damaged box and the items were broken in pieces. The replacement were also damage and when I contact their customer service they offer me a partial refund of 20$( my original payment was 177$). Do not order anything from them because you won't get your full refund for returning the item. Not satisfied with their service at all.
We was looking for a low cost tent. I searched online and found this company. Do I wish that the quality was better yes the Velcro is narrow the frame not quite as heavy as I would like to have, But we got what we paid for... I love the design and it stayed up all 6 days I needed. There is no middle Pole to support side walls. Another change in the design I would make.

Directions for assembly were not clear. The one page sheet had no written directions, just a fuzzy diagram showing the stages of assembly along with the correct hardware. Placement for the gate hinges and wood slats at the top was not marked. It was difficult to square up the arbor without knowing where to place the 90 degree angle supports against the arced arbor top. Through trial and error, the arbor did come together and looks nice, but it was a very frustrating process.
It was cheap for a garden arch with a gate, but that cannot justify the fact that this was completely non functional. I assembled it tried to reinforce the structure with more brackets. After the first windy day, it was in bits scattered over the garden. When I looked at reviews many experiences were similar. Such a poor quality product should not be sold whatever the price.
I ordered a desk for my daughters room. I was very pleased how quickly it arrived, but when I started unpacking it, I noticed damage to one of the corners. As I continued taking the bubble wrap off I could see extensive damage underneath. The drawers cannot go into the slots or hold anything because there are pieces completely broken off. I know it was not expensive, but it is totally useless. A total waste of money as it cannot be used.
I bought a teak garden chest from VidaXl that arrived with essential parts shattered irreparably. It made a final offer of less than 15% rebate of the purchase price (after affirming no replacement parts are available), which is much-the-same as telling a customer who has bought a glass vase that arrives shattered that he must accept the shards for 85% of the price of the unbroken vase or have no other remedy. This company is a bad joke!
Buy Vidxl from a store and not from them directly. They send out defective products (broken and with mold!) and now we're having difficulty returning all the items. No one to talk to or chat - all just back and forth emails and getting no where. Do they have ANY customer service that works?
This is what I bought vidaXL Garden Storage Cabinet with 4 Shelves Black and Gray and to say it was cheap and flimsy would be charitable. The backing is like cardboard and the cabinet is thin. It cost slightly over $200 although now less and it's worth about $29 tops. I'm very displeased with the product and would never buy anything again from a company that sells such garbage.
My vidaXL 2-in-1 Garden Daybed with Cushion 74.8" Solid Acacia Wood approved broken. After a week of exchanging emails, I was then offered a partial refund of $25. I simply requested to replace the chair since it was clearly damaged during transport. Needless to say, I am incredibly disappointed in their poor customer service and will NOT order from here again.
This shed is a truly terrible product. It was missing hardware, nothing fit together, and it was utterly flimsy. The roof blew off the first week. It took so long to build we didn't have the time or energy to take it apart to return it so we donated it to a local garden (after explaining the quality issues) and ordered a proper shed. Seriously don't buy this.
I placed an order end of April, they took payment that day. But almost a month later I'm still waiting. For the last 3 weeks when you ring them you get an answering machine saying they don't answer phones! Chat's always off, and I'm still waiting for them to respond to my emails. Looks like I have to get a solicitor involved to get my money back! Absolutely disgusting behavior!
I received most of the boxes except one and now they tell me it'll take another month for the patio dining table pieces to get here. I ordered this table to enjoy this summer and now the summer will be over by the time I receive them.
Also, there isn't much room between chairs and it's impossible sit that close to Each other and eat in the table. Bad design
Our hand pump arrived with a broken part and missing bolts. I had hired a landscaper to install it but had to send him away with the job barely started. My husband bought materials, fixed the pump and finally installed it after much thought on how to make the system work. It's great now, but way too much headache to reach this results.
Purchased two items a solar shower and outdoor bench, first time buying from this company, products arrived very quickly within 5 days And packaging in was not damaged. The vida xl solar shower works great, the bench was a little tricky to assemble and looks good albeit a minor hiccup as the front door of the bench was slightly warped other than that it was fine. Will look at some other products from vida.
First time buying from Vida XL and It was an easy process to order, the chair is a great design, the leather is a little tuff but I'm sure it will soften as it wears. The only thing is the wood was repaired with a filler which was not cleaned up nicely but it's on the bottom so it's okay but wish they would have done a better job. Would love to order another one but I'm worried it might have defects that are noticeable.
Fast shipping of product arrived within two days delivery. The patio furniture itself is good quality; however, the umbrella flies away all the time and the cushions are not that comfortable. I had to buy an additional sturdy umbrella to hold on tight to the patio furniture and more fashionable comfortable cushions. The true value for this patio furniture should be $250-300 max because I spent over $550 total to make it look perfect including the actual patio furniture price.
My purchase was easy and quick. I emailed the customer service a question before purchasing and got a response right away. Once I purchased, the item came quickly and came just as described. Pricing could not be beat, I will use them again for future purchases.
