I recieved an email from victorias secret with an offer code that i have $15.00 waiting for me and when i went to use it, i wasnt able to do so because it said the offer code is not valid. I tried to use it on the same day i recieved the offer code btw. I called them and was put on hold for 10 minutes only for the person on the other end after speaking to the supervisor tells me "sorry my supervisor said that you can not use the offer code because it cant be verified?" really? What a wase of time. They bombard my email email with their bull$#*! emails and i cant even use the offer code that they sent me. I will not be buying anything from victorias secret ever. What a rip off.
It looks like they hired a bunch of mid 40s divorced feminist on the design team bring back colors that pop such as bright orange or bright purple or bright greens stop forcing nude and beige down everyones throats.
I was VC customer for 10 years now. Order a lot, paid all on the same day. Never late payments or missed payments, I am on a top of all my CC.
So today I saw my credit score went DOWN 5 POINTS! And the note said that VC CLOSED MY CC.
NO notice nothing! May I f... ing know why? VC is a HORRIBLE COMPANY! WILL NEVER OPEN CC with them again and will tell all my friends to close as well.
I waited for my order(s) for over a month and was nothing but patient. In these orders were the $20 off a $50 purchase... I read that they would be extended due to the wait times and I also called and talked to 2 very lovely ladies I wish I had remembered their names and they were going to honor it for me as well... I went ahead an placed another order that totaled almost 300 dollars. I called back today to apply that coupon and was told "no, there's no reason why we would do that." I explained to them everything above and told them I would like to cancel my 300 dollar order then and they said "ok we are not honoring it, we got it canceled for you!" Wow. To the "manager" Lisa... You have very poor customer service skills and should NOT be a manager and so does your team that also denied me of this coupon even though I was already told it would be honored and it was no problem. I have spent over a grand just this year at Victoria's Secret & am a card holder. I will also be canceling my card an no longer ordering... Thanks to Lisa and her team member that initially took my call tonight! Great way to lose business and go down hill.
My mom usually forces me to either go into Victoria"s Secret or there site to get her something. I honestly don't mind shopping for my mom. The bad thing is the glitches but the shop and site is really good and I recommend that store or site to whoever might be ordering something.

Quite simply the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. My order never arrived, despite them telling me that they had sent it twice. I was given different and contradictory tracking information, customer service reps were rude and patronising. After three months I still hadn't received a refund. Then they only refunded half of the amount I paid so I had to call again. They then refunded more, but this still didn't total what I had actually paid them. At that point I gave up as I couldn't bear to deal with their customer service staff anymore., so I never received a full refund. They are liars and demonstrate dubious business practices. Appalling.
For many years, I thought their bras were beautiful and fit well. Some issues are pissing me off. My Angels forever status keeps going away. I thought once you earned it you had it a whole year to use, but I periodically check and I am back to VIP. Also, the panties are not comfortable and the few that have been are discontinued. I hate the the cutest bras come with a ton of pushup. I hate that the teddys and corsets come in letter sizes - some of us are short but busty and will never fit in a Medium or large with tiny cups. I hate that you have to wait weeks for rewards or the coupons in the mail. Either make the coupons with no expiration or email them, I have no time fo this system and getting tired
Bad experience with online chat. They wouldn't help me. They called me a liar. They messed up my order. If you go to consumer reviews or trust pilot, you will find I'm not the only one. The majority tells the truth on those reviews. Honest people, unlike the chat employees that they have, who doesn't give a damn about helping people. I will never order from them again. At least Amazon is more helpful. I never have a problem with anyone else. So have a good day and wait till they scam you. Their online service is horrible.
Victoria's Secret is my favorite brand. I ordered my swimwear here. I like it so much. It's my best purchase ever.
Im a member for 18 yrs. I used to purchase a lot from VS. But not right now. I decide to cancel my credit card for below reasons: 1.The on-sale bra products quality not good anymore compare years ago. Bras turn out after washing. 2. Yoga trousers quality is cheap too. They will fluff after washing. 3 VS credit card is the only cards I have not allow you to set up monthly auto payment. If you miss their email, you will get huge late fee and interest charge. 4.The sport shirt style not attract anymore. I can purchase from amazon, lulu lemon, any stores, Wish, Mobile us taibo... for better attractive style and much cheaper price. And dont worry the payment with late fee.
The selections were great and the prices were reasonable. I had no problem placing my order and I'm very happy with my experience shopping.
I recently ordered some of my favorite Victoria Secret items on sale and they literally arrived in Germany two days later. Luckily I did not need to return anything since I know my size. I assume that returning things would have been a bit more of a hassle since ups dispatchers in Germany are usually located in remote little stores and gas stations. But this shipping speed was really a positive surprise.
I bought 3 items, that were in a Deal "Buy1Get2", i didn't received my extra units. Then i entered in contact with company and they told me that they can do nothing about it. They said i should buy 2 units to receive 1 free, what makes no sense, because the deal is not Buy3Pay1.

I set up my final payment to come out automatically online. It was never taken out. Now they are sending me to collections. My final payment was $67.50 and now with fees its $123. The customer service rep was rude. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT VICTORIAS SECRET EVER AGAIN. Do not get a credit card, they will just screw you!
I just wanted to say what is good and what is negative about Victoria's Secret. I have shopped online and in stores religiously for years. I have decided this year to start shopping at other clothing stores instead of VS due mostly to the poor quality of the clothing. I want to say that the bras, workout clothes, and swimwear are all of excellent quality. Also the pj's are great too. However I would not recommend any other clothing because it is poor quality and rips after 1st or second use. Also they use to offer better coupons and sales that would bring me into the stores but not so much lately. When I asked a sales associate why that was, she said they were losing too much money. Hmmm I spend over 1000 dollars there every year. That will not be happening this year, I'm shopping at Maurices - better clothes and excellent customer service, that's who is getting my business this year.

I recently decided to boycott Victoria Secret due to the horrible quality they've become over the years they've DRASTICALLY went downhill to the clothes to the customer service- I literally got hung up on multiple times today and I was in no way being rude I had just wanted to know if the manufacturer of a brand the sell had recently changed ( UGG) because ordered a pair of boots 3 times and each one I've had to drive to the mall and return due to extremely bad stitching not at all acceptable for 250$ boots I've recently found out they'll be animal testing in China so that was the last straw I'd rather give my money to a company who values quality as well as lives of animals

Those reviews on their website just written by company and employees, not by real actual people cuz nobody buys their crap.
