I subscribe to their newsletter but their website doesn't load no matter what I do! It just comes up a jumbled mess with misaligned text and no images. I keep trying to access their sales but it's frustrating and the only way for me to shop here is to visit the mall:-/
I really like to buy online, and I loved this store from the first time, I order cosmetics, clothes, lingerie, and it is chic quality. Shipments are fast. I have not yet regretted what I buy from them. And I always recommend you because managers respond quickly
I knew they were expensive going in but it was just over the top expensive for some underwear that no one is even going to see and going into the store just means having people constantly telling you about the sale going on and it gets irritating.
I bought clothes that are very sexy and elegant, which arrived at my home a little late. The online page for purchase is easy to follow but the customer service is very slow and they do not serve in the best way. I recommend it only for its beautiful clothes and its online page
I always struggle to find bras in my size at stores and when I do find them they're ugly or have really bad support and they just don't feel right. Victoria's secret has a great selection of bras in a bunch of different sizes and they're cute and comfortable. It is on the pricey side but they are worth it. I have bought lingerie and pajamas from here and I love it. This is the only place where I go to purchase my bras now. And I love how easy it is to return online-bought merchandise in store. I am very satisfied with this site (:
Needed to return two bras my daughter had sent to me took them to the store for exchange 10 days later still waiting and getting a run around about two bras all I needed was one size larger first they tell me have to wait 14 to 22 days for a gift card now they tell me I have to wait 30 days will never shop here again.
VS has a great selection of bras but from my experience, none of them last long. Within a month the wires are coming out of the bottom. Ive gotten better bras from Walmart.
Their clothes are too expensive. I could find the same items at TJMaxx or Ross for a lower price. But I guess for some people its all about the brand.
So I bought this super super cute PJ set. That was so soft and I loved it. I wore it one time washed it and now it has a judge hole right down the middle and I spent about $60 on this one item. And now I don't know if I can get a new one but I know the same thing will happen or if I could get my money back. I was so mad!
Today, I recieved a package from Victoria secrets, when I just recently recieved one. I assumed it was maybe others that the company didn't have in stock at the time. Then I happen to notice some of them were the same exact ones, I went to look for a # to contact them, to then see I was charged twice. I call to see what I can do regarding the situation, I didn't get I'm sorry or any type of apology. Instead it felt turned on me, which is completely wrong. I was told I will need to take it to the post office or the store to revieve my money back, so now I have to go out of my own way, to return items that I revieved twice because of their company website, during the Semi Sale. Then I don't get my money back till the items are returned, then it will be 14 days after that. I'm disgusted by the customer service department, no symphony.
I love VS but every time I walked in, I get hit with so many different perfumes and am overwhelmed at all the displays. Don't get me wrong, I love the pink line but it's just too much going on in the store. Also the line is always backed up :/
One of my favorite stores for years. With online shopping, you can order your size and have a variety to choose from and have it delivered to your door. There are also specials and if you buy a certain amount, you can get a card for free items in the store.
So I have purchased bras here so many time and I get burned every time. I am a larger chested woman, but I can go to Walmart and get a bra and it will last longer and I did not have to pay $60 for it. I finally learned my lesson and stopped buying bras from them.
Now as far as the nighties, well, they are cute, but still very over priced. If you have money to blow and want to carry a pink bag around the mall, then go for it. Want better prices go to Sears or Macy's or somewhere else.
O adore all my purchases from Victoria! The quality is really good. I find products as very comfortable and what I really like is a big variety of panties and bras. Also, this shop offers sales very often! So you can buy a lot of items witha good price.
I bought a certificate as a present for my girlfriend's birthday. She was so happy and came back with so lovely new lingerie and a body mist. She never stops saying: "I love Victorias's secret and I love you, of course"))) I guess I will never get the point of what is so special about this brand. I need to be a woman to understand that on their level.
For the same fashion i can get it cheaper, to look good i'm not going to spend a 100 bucks for a bra, when i can get one from Playtex that does the same thing, and still be satin or silk. And truly, i don't like the fact it give wrong impression to girls who want to model. I'm not staving my self just to walk down an isle for eyes to look at me in a sexual manner.
This store has a large selection of tastefully appealing lingerie for both the younger and older ladies. There are so many colors and styles to choose from whether one is shopping for a honeymoon or buying a gift for a loved one. Staff are helpful too. This store is the Total Woman's delight!
I went to VS yesterday in search for a bra and boy shorts. Did not find the undies but did find that the bras are extremely expensive. I love their bras but there is no way I can afford a $100 bra. I knew them to be expensive, but not this expensive. It's sad because I foresee them also going out of business with these kind of prices. :(
I have been buying the classic cotton since Victoria Secret first opened up. With every year that passes, the quality consistently goes down. The past 8 years or so, it's been even worse. The fabric is now SO THIN, I *MAY get 2-3 wears before before my short, rounded nails go right through the material!
I bought a great swimsuit online, very fashionable and comfortable to wear. The payment and delivery went without any problems, it was fast and professionally handled. I like the products Victoria's secret create and I am willing to shop here in the future.
Victoria's Secret is a wonderful place to shop. I have been buying products from them for over 8 years. I have never had a problem with their costumer service. They are pleasant and very helpful. Their sizes run slightly on the bigger side so keep that in mind. The only problem I ever had was when I purchased a sweater and tube top. They sent me two tube tops instead. I got right on the phone, talked to costumer service, and took care of it. I sent them one of the tube tops back (on their dollar of course) and they sent me the sweater I ordered immediately. No harm no foul. :D
