This company is a joke that hides behind crap being sent from China! They refuse to give you any phone numbers to deal with a real person. The call center does nothing except to say you are dealing by email with the manufacturer in China.

I ordered 200 of an item. They shorted me by 20. They did NOT package them properly and when they showed, 90% of the items were chipped and unusable!

They keep replying by email telling me they will give me $50 off. We will give you 50% off. Can you return them at your expense? These are the ridiculous emails I keep getting from them. I have told them at least 10 times. I WANT MY MONEY BACK 100% and you pay for return. None of this was my fault. (except for being stupid enough to deal with this company) Here is the latest reply because they think this is some kind of game and they can hold onto my $200:

This product is great. Shipping was free, relatively fast as we live in the remote location. Website is friendly.

I boot an air jack.It can be more supportive on vertical lift but you just have to make sure you lift a flat surface doing so to avoid slippage.

Heating cable seems to work well for freeze protection of faucet. I put it inside a plastic box and fit it over the faucet.
