I bought a distiller to remove the dirty resin out of my Isopropyl Alcohol. It works great. The IPA needs to be distilled outdoors and away from people and animals.

I have asked to return a product. The screen was scratched looked used. I returned it and they sent it back. Horrible service they blocked my email. VERY SAD COMPANY

A good sturdy rail that is easy to assemble and install. It was missing one small part on one of the legs that secures the bolt but I made it work anyway. Good for the price.

The dock ladder is built by quality aluminum material. Don't worry about its quality. It's anti-corrosion, and anti-rust. Strong material, good quality! It won't make you disappointed.

A little cleaning and adjusting here and there and the metal lathe is a pretty decent little lathe for light work. I've cut everything from plastic to stainless steel with it and it works.

Experience has taught me not to have high expectations of products from unknown manufacturers. This cart was a refreshing surprise to that generality! I was very impressed by the quality of the materials, and the engineering and design that went in to such a simple, utilitarian item. The four high-quality locking casters move easily across a relatively dense carpet, and effortlessly on linoleum. The sheet metal is thicker and stronger than expected, and has gussets and lips in critical areas to strengthen the unit further. It's all fastened together with welded in nut-serts, rather than loose nuts. Although the package doesn't include assembly instructions, it does include the tools necessary, and it's pretty simple to put it all together securely. This cart is everything that's advertised, and more. My purpose requires the placement of a heavy (50 lb.) appliance on the top, and I was concerned that the cart would be easily tipped over at it's maximum height. I have no such worries now. Even on carpet, this cart feels stable enough, and rolls easily enough that I would have to really try to tip it over, even as top-heavy as it is. I would reccommend this to anyone if it suits their application.

I bought many restaurants equipments from Vevor, and I keep coming back because it's a good deal and great quality products. So Until now I bought Salamander Broiler Salamander Oven 2000W Adjustable Grid Electric Cheese Melter and 2 VEVOR French Fry Warmer Commercial Fry Heat Lamp w/Detachable Pan Food Warmer. I compare the competition and it's cheaper with great quality.

Placed an order online and ended up needing to cancel because I was able to find the product locally. Shipping from Vevor said it would take 5-7 days. I received confirmation email the same day I canceled the order and thought refund was coming and all was well. Two days later, I get another email and the items were shipped. I spent the next 3 days trying to get Vevor to get in contact with UPS to intercept the item from being shipped but was unsuccessful, the item shipped. Upon delivery, I refused the package. After refusing the package, I
emailed Vevor asking for my refund, they proceed to tell me that they won't refund until the receive the item back... talk about inconveniencing your customer and getting them involved in absolute chaos for no reason. I then proceeded to file a dispute with PayPal to recover my payment to Vevor. This all could have been avoided if Vevor was competent in customer service. I will never order anything from this company, I don't recommend them to anyone!

I am very interested in the BXJDD1500 wire stripper and I have inquired about it why it is $1000 more than vevors competitors response: because it has two sets of blades
My response: it is identical to your competitors they have two sets of blades.
They not responded and I keep asking more and more questions with no response
Like can I see a video of your BXJDD1500 in action and not the generic video you have of some other model which consist of someone walking around the table showing no actual proof of performance.no response

Very interested repeat customer

A towel heater was ordered online from vevor.com on JUNE-10-2022. It was received on June-17-2022. The item was unpacked and assembled and plugged in. The towel heater did not heat up. We had an electrician check the power outlet and confirmed it was in working order. We called vevor.com to request to return the item as it was defective and was told they needed a video showing the item was defective. When the item was received, it was unpacked and assembled and tested. When it was deemed not in working order, it was disassembled and repackaged ready to ship back to the vendor.
We advised the vendor that we would not spend the time reassembling it to take a video and requested they take our word for it that it was NOT in working order. We have not heard back from the vendor and have advised via email that we will be disputing this charge and are happy to return the item when we receive instructions to do so. We have not had a response. The service rep we spoke to on the phone was unhelpful and rude and insisted they require a video even when explained the item has been packaged for return.

The service from this company has been disappointing and I will be making comments in this regard on their website as in this day and age customers deserve better service that what vevor.com provides.

Very satisfied with the price and quality, only not very happy for the shipping. It is later for 5 days. But it is apperiated that the customer service sent me message when the shipping was updated.
