I have asked to return a product. The screen was scratched looked used. I returned it and they sent it back. Horrible service they blocked my email. VERY SAD COMPANY

This product is great. Shipping was free, relatively fast as we live in the remote location. Website is friendly.

If I could add no stars for the customer service I would. I have had the worst imaginable experience with this company. I made an order a month ago and within 1 hour of purchasing I called the contact number as well as email and spoke to someone on the live chat requesting the shipping address be changed. The phone number said they would get back to me in 24 hours which would be too late as they ship very fast and the email gave me a message saying bad syntax so my emails wouldnt go through. The person I spoke to on the live chat said the address change was made and it would take a few hours to show up on my order. I later found out it was not changed. They told me the postal code was incorrect which is false as I have had other deliveries made with that exact address. I reached out to them once more and one lady told me the package had already been shipped the the incorrect address. I then spoke to another man who said they had not been shipped. So I kindly asked him not to bother, to please refund me so I could reorder with the correct address since it was so difficult to change it apparently? He told me he had processed the refund and cancelled the order. A few hours later I got a message saying they had been shipped. They shipped it after I requested they didnt and was told it was cancelled. They then told me I had to refuse the package sent to my house to get the refund. By pure luck I was going into my drive way right as fedex was driving away as they dumped the package at the bottom of my drive way. I refused them and put them back in the truck. I chatted again and was told they had processed the refund. And it would take 5-8 days to appear. After 10 days there was no refund. I chatted again and they said they had to receive the returned packages to issue the refund. So once again, they said the refund would be processed and it would show in 2 days. After 6 days with no refund I reached out. Again and they said it should appear in 6 days. Finally we got the refund, but it was $200 short. I reached out again and they claim I received one of the packages. I did not. I put them back in the fedex truck myself. THIS COMPANY STEALS FROM YOU!

A great-looking product that gives a polished look to your wood creations. Study, well painted with an eye-catching design. Exactly what I was looking for to complete my raw edge coffee table. Will be back for more!

Ordered a boat cover at almost half the price of what I could find on Amazon here in Canada. Shipping was great - my item arrived within a couple of days. I had no idea Vevor has so many products, most at great prices, and shipping would be so quick.

Bought this to demolish my front concrete walkway. Renting jackhammer at Home depot will cost me $50 for 4 hours I realized it was going to be more practical to buy this and do the job at my own pace, and not to worry about time limit. This jackhammer is strong enough to break up my 4 inch thick concrete and also not that heavy. I can say this is just right a person like myself trying to be a handyman to save money on their renovation around the house. At this price this jackhammer is really a great value. Just don't forget to fill oil before using. For safety reminder, when using always wear ear plug, goggle and hand gloves.

We ordered a replacement awning for our trailer and the sizing we ordered was correct and fast shipping. After watching a few YouTube videos we were able to install and it looks great and so far keeps the rain off and look good. Price point for this is about half of other awnings out there and so far very happy with it

I bought an electric honey extractor from Vevor. It's cheaper than a hand-cranked one. The package came broken, and the extractor was all banged up, but I was able to remove the dents and started using it. Maybe put fragile on the box next time? It's good quality for the price.

The item arrived quickly. Cannot comment on the item just yet, ' cause Box not open yet, will write my review and will also rate it after!

Vevor is not a legitimate organization. They took my credit card payment, failed to ship an item, and are not responding to a request for a refund. They are not reachable by phone and will continually send you nonsensical emails that you product is coming, but it never arrives. Don't order from them, as tempting as it might be. You will be out money and never see it again.

Placed an order online and ended up needing to cancel because I was able to find the product locally. Shipping from Vevor said it would take 5-7 days. I received confirmation email the same day I canceled the order and thought refund was coming and all was well. Two days later, I get another email and the items were shipped. I spent the next 3 days trying to get Vevor to get in contact with UPS to intercept the item from being shipped but was unsuccessful, the item shipped. Upon delivery, I refused the package. After refusing the package, I
emailed Vevor asking for my refund, they proceed to tell me that they won't refund until the receive the item back... talk about inconveniencing your customer and getting them involved in absolute chaos for no reason. I then proceeded to file a dispute with PayPal to recover my payment to Vevor. This all could have been avoided if Vevor was competent in customer service. I will never order anything from this company, I don't recommend them to anyone!
