I have already told you that the delivery & set up took way too long.
Suggestion: I almost need a step ladder it is so high. I understand there is a smaller box spring. But I don't want to spend more

My son loves his bed and sleeps really well just about every night I've had a really great experience and I'll be back for another mattress when we are ready for one or my daughter is.

I believe my husband who is in a memory care facility is sleeping better. He does not have any complaints and that is good news.

Right amount of firmness
Suggestion: The box spring didn't fit down my stairs. Maybe ask customers about where the mattress is going so a split box spring can be recommended

Concerned with leaving bed in elevated position (adjustable frame) that mattress will eventually not lay flat. Although sales rep said that would not happen. So far very happy with purchase.

Suggestion: That the pillow shows our body imprints after we get up (even though I turn the mattress each time I change the sheets). I'm worried that it's not going to last very long.

Suggestion: Have 2 different comfort levels in the same mattress because my husband likes a little firmer mattress than I do.

I would like you to come and take the bed.
Suggestion: Construction. Not firm enough. Not uniformaly firm. Already permanent compression of at least one half inch. Back pain.

The mattress is for my 15yr old son. He likes it better than his older mattress which was too soft.
Suggestion: It should be reversible or can flip over

The OLD mattress was bad, hard to get out of and the New is GREAT! Great night's sleep! Keep on doing what you're doing. It works.

A bit but I have had sleep problems for years. Not the mattress fault. Loved the service in store and with delivery.
Suggestion: Wish it were a bit harder/stiffer.

The mattress set was for a guest bed so I haven't been sleeping on it. However, the bed looks great!
Suggestion: Maybe could have gotten a lower box spring.

Sales people at the Layton store were awesome.
Suggestion: I wouldn't have bought base that adjusts the mattress feet or head. We don't use it like we thought. Doesn't help with the quality of sleep.

More room in queen size bed and mattress is comfortable
Suggestion: Cord on control could be about a foot longer so it can be hung on nightstand drawer
