mattress appears to be developing a hump in the middle just like the old one just not very impressed with it
Suggestion: the fact that it doesn't seem to maintain its shape for any length of time

my old pillow top was just too soft, my new verlo gives me the firmness I needed , much better sleep my wife and I have always liked Verlo and have bought mattress's there before and we have always been satisfied
Suggestion: I wish like in the old days you could flip the mattress giving you four sides

Except for a crunching noise. been doing it since we got it. I was hoping it would go away. not sure if it is mattress or foundation

i no longer wake my wife when i toss and turn, and vice versa, ive been sleeping deeper and better since we got it

Suggestion: Ive thought about maybe doing my ONE TIME ADJUSTMENT and making it just a little softer however im afraid that then my mattress wont hold up in the long run. Which my last one that I paid 1,000 for from Boston Store didnt even hold up 7 years

Suggestion: I would just get a thinner box spring the 19 inch is a little tall for me

Suggestion: There's nothing that I would change.

The mattress I layed on at Verlo was a lot softer than I one I received. Why even lay on them to try them out if its not like the one I received
Suggestion: Need to take the time to send it in and get it softer. Just afraid it will be to soft or to hard and I only have a chance to make it the way I thought the mattress was going to be

Sleeping better on my side and back.
Suggestion: At times I miss the firmness of old mattress and being able to sit at edge of bed without sinking in or feeling like the mattress collapses somewhat

I'm sleeping way better now. I'm not waking up in the middle of the night and most important my back is feeling better now

Suggestion: Could be even firmer, and I'm not sold on the Memory Foam, even after all this time. I would gladly trade the foam for the ability to turn the mattress upside down twice a year.

Im still having back problems so I don't think it's due to mattress. Waiting to resolve back issues before deciding about adjusting mattress.
Suggestion: Wouldn't mind if it was slightly softer.

Mattress purchased is for guest bedroom. Less back problems. Customer service is great.
Suggestion: Am presently having Verlo do a comfort adjustment on my mattress.

It's just what we wanted, feels really good. might be in to look at box spring, if thats what the mattress sets on now. with the old box spring, the bed is a little high.

I haven't had any trouble with my Gerd problem since I got the adjustable bed. Thanks for recommending this type of bed for me! Sweet dreams!
Suggestion: I can't say anything that I would change!

I just feel when older people buy spring and mattress there should be lower spring as bed so high hard to get in.
Suggestion: Mattress fine not sure but maybe box spring could be lower

The adjustable frame is so nice. Having the ability to raise/lower the head and knees is wonderful.
Suggestion: Could be about 4" lower for us old folk.

Horizontal lump is still present in the top quilting outer cover. Nice people though but they did not inspect the repair before delivery.
Suggestion: Smoother top quilting.
